The hotel is centrally located, walking distance to great London spots and the tube. The staff are super friendly, always smiling and extremely helpful. I appreciated how quick they are to respond and offer to direct you to where you want to go. The complimentary mini-bar items was a really classy touch, you don't see that often in hotels, and it really stood out. Internet access was great, which helped with business video conferences. The room size was as expected for London. I went down to order the breakfast and brought it back to my room (so I can work at the same time) - I was pleasantly surprised at the value for money and quantity (and it's made to order).

The windows were great for noise cancelling, as it can get a bit loud in that neighborhood. When you leave them open, it can be a bit noisy, but that's also the charm of London.

Best location in London! This is not my first time in this hotel and definitely won’t be the last. Stuff are friendly and helpful, rooms are cosy and bed is comfy. Downstairs in the lobby floor there’s a Pret coffee 24/7 and it’s very convenient to start your day with a coffee and a small breakfast on site.

Decent look. Elegant. Very good bed. Very good location. Right next to trafalgar and Soho. Very friendly and responsive staff.

The shower and the charging sicket in the room needed to be fixed upon our arrival. The shower got fixed. The charging socket remained dead. The room is quite small. The price (380£ a night - without breakfast) is not right for this type of amenities. Even in London.

in the heart of London. between Trafalgar Square and Leicester Square. we got a room facing a street with dead end so no cars drove by and it was very quiet with the windows closed, although many pubs in the area. room was clean and modern. bed is super comfortable and the shower is great!

room was a bit small. the area of the hotel is surrounded with homeless people.

It wasn't my first time in the Page 8 hotel. I love to come back here. The location is amazing. Most places you can reach by foot and if not by foot you have lots of bus, tube or train options right at your feet. The staff was very nice and the little coffee station right by the reception has great coffee and some baked goods! The mini bar was for free and they would always fill it up. Check-in and check-out was very quick and easy. All in all, amazing location, super nice and helpful staff and very clean.

As I said it wasn't my first time in the Page 8, however, it was my first time there while sharing the bed with someone else. They do only have queen size beds (150 x 200) and for us two it was a bit too small. I don't think they have rooms with bigger beds, so maybe for the future we will have to look for a different hotel as we've noticed it is quite important to us to have enough space while sleeping. Additionally, the hotel is right at trafalgar square and even though we asked for a quiet room and it was on the other side of the buidling it was still a bit noisy. Didn't bother us too much, but if you are very sensitive to it you might want to rethink.

Room was nice and clean. Location was perfect. Short walk to many restaurants and underground station.

Not much. But for a Canadian I did find it a bit costly for the size of the room and the view I got.

Location was perfect, absolutely perfect! Easy to arrive from Heathrow directly with Piccadilly Line. Most of the main sights, theatres and shopping areas (Oxford St, Carnaby St, Covent Garden...) within walking distance + super easy access to other areas of London via tube and buses. Room was clean and comfortable. Nothing to complain. We were on 5th floor, with window to quiet, ending street, so no noise issues either. Nice cafe in the ground floor, also many other cafes near by, so plenty of breakfast options available. Plenty of nice dinner restaurants, too.

Price is of course very high. BUT, this is London and probably the hotel price is aligned to the local price level. (If you are wondering if this hotel is worth the price, I would say that it is.)

The location. But the superior one is quite small to say it cost a lot.

Room too small. Mini bar just about a waste of time only water and milk. Not enough tea bags and biscuits. Only one tea bag for two.

I have stayed many times previously for work and leisure trips and always appreciate the convenience of the location, friendliness of staff and comfort of the rooms. The coffee is very good and breakfast simple, convenient.

I was disappointed to learn that the top floor restaurant had closed and that there was no longer a restaurant in the hotel. Also, overall, the stylishness and ambience is gone. I really loved the sophistication of the original breakfast room's interior design, but furniture has been changed, the style downgraded. It looked much more informal, touristy and disorganised.
