Great location, spacious room, power shower was excellent, and was overall comfortable.

The mattress wasn’t great- too soft/ bouncy and seems to be caved in on one side more than the other.

The location was perfect, close to everything I needed; especially as I was travelling with an aunt in her late 80"s nearly 90. The room was very comfortable and well presented. The staff very friendly and helpful in all departments. I will definitely stayed there again when visiting London. Breakfast as it was included was good, plenty of choice.

The location was a short walk from Green Park Station and 10 minute walk to Hyde Park which was perfect for when attend Take That.

The beds were too hard for me but I suppose that’s down to personal preference. There is no mirror above the desk so had to stand by wardrobe to dry hair which was a bit awkward as the plug wasn’t that close and hairdryer was quite short

The location was perfect! The staff was outstanding. They were always so approachable and over the top helpful. We would definitely come back. The staff made the vacation so wonderful!

I would like to know how the mugs in our room were cleaned. We had the same three mugs for about 4 days. They were cleaned somehow and turned upside down on the tray. We know they were the same mugs because of their shapes and 3 colours.

Great location for us, after a minor problem which was resolved quickly we had a lovely stay at the Washington.

rooms on lower floors at front could be a bit noisy for some people.

My second stay and again, from start to finish the team were so friendly and professional. Everything was easy and the room a delight. Super location and will be back - thank you. There is nothing to dislike at all.

My stay wasn't long enough to enjoy the hotel more. Absolutely nothing to dislike.

This hotel is ideally located for us to get to other places in the west end. Our room suited us admirably and all the facilities were easy to operate and worked. We don't take coked breakfasts but the fruit, cereals and toast were fine.

My room key kept falling out of the envelope. My fault or maybe redesign envelope. I know another guest lost his too.

Location good for our overnight trip. Room was excellent. Staff friendly and efficient. Breakfast service was buffet and good, but waiting service for tea/ coffee a bit slow.

Inability of a top class hotel to provide / supply a daily newspaper when requested

From arriving to leaving nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The meal’s were lovely and reasonably priced. I would definitely stay again if I was visiting London and will recommend to family and friends

The only thing I would have preferred was a walk in shower.

The location was great, the room size was really good and the bed was very comfortable. The basic facilities were good and everything was very clean.

There were a number of loose floor tiles in the bathroom and the curtains didn't close across the whole window. The room was also very hot and I couldn't seem to turn down the temperature.
