I stayed here for my anniversary with my husband and it was amazing . The room itself was a small stable double room ,it was a good size ,the bed was comfy ,no bathrobes but towels and toiletries provided. Tea tray was good but maybe a few extra tea and coffee sachets would be nice . A small fridge in the room would be a great addition especially in the warmer weather . Bathroom was a very good size with bath and shower and beautiful smelling bath products . Breakfast was very very nice ! Toast ,cereal etc are available aswell as a very tasty cooked breakfast that is self service. The lovely ladies bring you tea or coffee . And you get to eat with the amazing view of the castle ! The grounds of the castle are just stunning . Beautifully kept and full of wildlife ,and being able to walk around at your leisure in the evening was just incredible .The staff were all lovely especially the gentlemen who welcomed us into the castle . We love Leeds castle and will definitely be back to stay .

The restaurant is quite high priced so we drove a few miles and ate out in the evening. It would be great to have a fridge in the room .

The accommodation was clean, well presented, breakfast and evening meals were good, staff friendly and helpful. The grounds and castle were very well kept. Other facilities such as the lakes , gardens, wooded areas, maze, adventure golf, falconry and bird of prey centre, children's beach area, general play area such as the mock castle etc. were all in good order, well presented and kept. Plenty to please keep all ages.

The main entrance is clearly signed and recognised on line, on navigation tools, in e mails and other literature etc. However, the estate has several entrances one of which is specific for those staying on site. Without clear specific instruction or signage and "depending on the direction of approach to the estate", my navigator was defaulting to the nearest entrance which was not always the correct one !! A comment when booking for this specific entrance will be helpful. Staff, however, were first class and very helpful in getting me to the correct entrance.

Lovely location, beautiful scenery, and a joy to walk around. Plenty to see, do, and enjoy during your visit. A comfortable room, very clean and pleasant, and restaurant aside welcoming staff from arrival to departure. Good breakfast, freshly cooked to order, nice choices to suit all tastes.

The restaurant. I couldn't fault the food to be fair, fish and chips quite average but pleasant enough. What we didn't like was the booking system for tables, make sure if you stay and want to have a nice view you book a table well in advance to avoid being dumped at the back by the snotty restaurant overseers. Servers were lovely, but we just felt out of place and in the way. Shame as we stayed two nights, so we walked to the pub just outside the grounds on the second. Equally as good, better menu and prices and friendly service.

Great place to visit. Lots of history - a tour round the castle is a must. The audio guides are really good (although mine broke down). Not that I visited them, but seems like lots of stuff for kids, judging by the volume of families streaming in. Lovely large grounds to have a walk round. We had an evening meal in the restaurant which couldn’t be faulted. All the staff we met were polite and efficient, from the reception area where we checked in, to the bar, restaurant, breakfast, staff in the castle, the gardeners and finally checkout - top marks here to everyone.

Not the property’s fault but be careful when staying at the Leeds Castle Stable Courtyard B & B - the entrance is on Broomfield Road just off the A20. We approached from the south and our satnav took us down some awfully small tracks - horrible!!

Everything. A place to enjoy. Felt very relaxed in this fabulous estate. All staff in the main and very nice restaurants, reception and the gardeners were exceptionally welcoming and nice. Good and visual security people around.

Walked to the Coffee Shop at Main Entrance for a coffee - Closed. Never saw it open? We had to walk back to Castle area for a coffee. We were called on telephone at just passed 10am to vacate the room on our last day. Too early; 11am would be more acceptable. Standing a young girl member of staff ‘all day’, she looked ill with the cold; her job was to repeatedly challenge everyone passing her to show them their wristband. Seemed unnecessary ? !

Our room the Kennedy… was very quaint… very pretty looking out of the window with the lake and beautiful flowers fir cone trees … absolutely picturesque… with the castle on the estate grounds was so nice to see all around the grounds too! Actually going inside the castle was so interesting that it did come across as a woman’s castle with all the clothing … colours of castle… no saw’s !!! lol

It was beautiful from the bluebells, prime roses, in the woods with nice chunks of logs … engraving on the logs was so good . There is absolutely nothing to not like about the property!

We stayed at Leeds Castle 🏰 for two nights. All the customer service is Very good and the hospitality is amazing!! Especially Service given by Melissa and all our requests regarding Our room and stay were met. Thanks to Melanie allocating for the Kennedy room.It was absolutely delicious for Breakfast. The quality the room and food was greatly improved since our last stay. We even enjoyed our sadness break at Leeds castle 🏰 Maybe next time we will stay in a lakeside lodge. Thank you to all the staff. Colin&Katsu xx

Because there were not many guests in residence on our chosen days, the hot buffet was not provided. However, cold buffet and cooked to order a la carte choices were both splendid.

The room was very nice, we stayed in the Churchill Suite, which had all the facilities you would expect. The full english breakfast was better than expected and the poached eggs were perfect. Although we did not eat on the evening of our arrival, we did spend some time in the bar area, which was very comfortable and the drinks selection was more than sufficient. It really is a special place to stay, eat and enjoy... And with the option to visit the castle as part of residents stay, it is a truly fascinating place to spend some time.

if only we had more time...

The location is just excellent and the out of hours access to the castle grounds was wonderful. The room though small was bigger than we expected, perfectly adequate. The bathroom was much bigger than expected, good shower. Breakfast was of a high quality, lean bacon cooked just right and a good variety of cooked and cold foods. The breakfast restaurant overlooks the castle so it's a great view while you eat. The castle visit was interesting, the maze thoroughly confusing and the falconry display wildly entertaining. We had a very good time for a one night getaway.

The WiFi signal was poor (low signal level) and my phone which is a 2017 model struggled. My wife's newer phone and my new tablet did better and the connection speed was just about OK. There was no mobile signal in the room but that's Vodafone's problem.
