All of it was amazing breakfast was delicious and the price I paid was worth it as you got options of many different selection, including continental choice then teas, coffees ect. my room what can I say was incredible so big and spacious and super relaxation feeling. As soon as I came in the room had classic fm playing to bring in the relaxation feeling and the bed was massive and comfy, pillows your head could sink into I could go on forever. Finally the staff are just all around amazing and attentive to your needs. Extremely polite and amazing manners and dressed very elegantly also very informative when asked questions. Could not fault them will defiantly be returning again and highly recommending like I have already in person and also on my social pages.

There wasn't really much I can say tbf I didn't like other than for me anyway just my personal opinion they could potentially do with bit more better informative signs on the walls to guide you to your room more easier as I got a slight bit lost attempting to find my room despite the lovely young lady giving me directions just needed more observing signs or symbols but other than that no faults at all.

The room was lovely with a lovely bathroom

Breakfast was poor. The selection was limited, we did not receive the toast we ordered and we requested the vegetarian sausages which were served completely cold (as though they had not even been fully defrosted never mind cooked). There was also no decaf tea or coffee at breakfast or the option to order a latte or cappuccino at extra cost. We complained at check out about not receiving toast and the cold sausages and we were offered one breakfast for free, however £18 for one breakfast with the issues mentioned above was still extremely overpriced.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel and rooms, well looked after by staff. Convenient small bar and lounge. Food in the evening was good. Intimate and relaxed feel overall. Full breakfast includes a variety of fruit, yoghurt and cereals and a well-cooked English breakfast. Would definitely like to return if in the area again. It was ideal for us, a family group of nine, to get together before a family event. Staff were very helpful, courteous and professional.

The room was too hot overnight but the staff were going to deal with that.

Loved the decor and general ambience of the place. It’s been done up so nicely. Our bed was a super king and can honestly say it’s the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and the sheets are the softest ever. Staff are fabulous and the place is spotless. Breakfast was yummy too. I am very fussy so that’s all so good!

If I had to be really picky I’d say although the bathroom was amazing the circulation wasn’t great to get rid of steam. I’d still stay in that room though! Just as an add on, A magnifying mirror would be good to have separate for makeup etc.

Staff were really welcoming and friendly, the breakfast was really well cooked and plenty of it and a lot of choice. The room was spotless and I loved it being on different levels so that the shower room was on the mezzanine floor. It's a beautiful hotel and had a lovely bar with bar food. The shower was the best shower I've had. It was so powerful.

The pillows were not great, but that is a personal choice. I like a bit of support for my neck but they were very squidgy which some people may love so that's ne just being picky. I loved everything else.

we stayed here on a visit to see our son who lives in Manchester and then a day at Tatton Flower Show - the hotel was the perfect location. It is a beautiful building with a stylish interior design. our room was excellent - very large and spacious with bed and freestanding bath on a mezzanine level and a very comfortable seating area and spacious bathroom downstairs. breakfast was also excellent with delightful service from the waitress. lounge and bar area was also excellent. plenty of car parking.

nothing! we will definitely be staying again in the future.

Room was beautifully decorated and had lovely amenities. Very comfy bed with the softest pillows ever; had a great night’s sleep. Very quiet location, so we were able to have a lovely, peaceful lie-in. Staff friendly and helpful. Little touches that seem so small but mean so much - such as free tampons in the bathroom - why aren’t all hotels this thoughtful?! Free parking onsite, plus some nice cafes and bars just a 10 minute walk away. Could not fault this place!

Nothing to improve! It’s just lovely.

It is one of the most lovely places to stay, a real gem in Didsbury. Staff lovely , so helpful, even bought me a toothbrush and toothpaste to my room when I forgot mine, at about 10:30 pm - so kind ! Also little bottle of milk in the fridge for morning tea - perfect ! Room beautifully clean, v comfortable bed and excellent shower, and big roll top bath. Very quiet location, and will def be returning soon when I next stay up in Manchester .

Nothing at all I can find to fault !

The hotel is a lovely old building in a quiet location near Didsbury Village . The room was very comfortable and the staff helpful and friendly . Easy on site parking We will stay again when visiting Manchester

Noise from the corridor / door insulation . We were woken at 4am on Christmas morning by inconsiderate noisy people in the corridor talking dragging their cases - presumably heading for the airport !

It's a beautiful house, quiet yet within easy walking distance of Didsbury High St. The room was well decorated and maintained and staff were very attentive and friendly.

I chose a less expensive 'snug' room, which turned out to be much roomier than expected. Only downsides were having a parking space around a foot outside the window - and squeaky floors when people walked above
