It was a lovely room in a great location, very comfortable and clean. The owner was a lovely person and so very welcoming. The entire place was very relaxing with pretty gardens and a really nice pond feature. We ordered cooked breakfast which was delivered to our room, along with toast, jam, cereal fruit juice, and tea and coffee. All very enjoyable, It also was great for parking ,we had a space on the driveway. I would definately recommend this place, and if I were ever in the area again,I would most certainly book to stay here.
Nothing we didn’t like.

The apartment was pleasant and well presented with good facilities in a nice setting with a lovely garden area to enjoy and would be a lovely place to wind a way a hot summers evening with nice shared garden furniture.very friendly and welcoming hosts and made a lovely breakfast that was well presented and one of the best I've tasted well done.
The walls were a little thin and we could hear the neighbours in the bathroom this was down to the nature of the building materials a little more sound insulation between the buildings would have been appreciated.

The booking was very easy, the room was extremely comfortable and the setting relaxing and quiet The all day breakfast filled the plate with plenty of toast and marmalade on the side, the bottle of milk made the morning tea taste so much better. Denise provided a wonderful welcome and i can appreciate why so many people return to stay at Woodpaddock.
Nothing that i didnt like but having to leave after just the one night booked i will definitely want to return for an extended stay.

Spotlessly clean, very friendly owners and superb value for money. Very comfy bed and addition of a full size fridge and small kitchenette area is an added bonus. Breakfast would have been delivered to our room but we eating out. Seemed very good value and choice. You have your own external front door and we had our own private decking area. Gardens are quirky and it looks different from the outside but throw out your prejudices, it’s not a typical B&B (which we would never stay in) but we were very pleasantly surprised. We normally stay in modern hotels or apartments but last minute plans meant we needed to be in the area. Would def stay again
Nothing really. We got back later at night and got the last parking space but I know the owners who live on site would have helped if It had been a problem. Would suggest letting them know and checking where to park if it appears full.

You had your own self contained room, including fridge, kettle, sink,tv,and a table and chairs, simple but very nice. The room and bathroom were very clean And the gardens were beautiful with various different seating options, egg chair, swing seat, and sun loungers, there was also a pond with some koi and you could play music on the stereo system supplied, the breakfast which you had to pay for was delicious and we ate at a large table in the garden al fresco,it was just a very relaxing setting and the hosts were very friendly and welcoming, we will definitely stay here again

Our reason for travel, was so we was closer to our skydive location. Denise was lovely and welcoming, we got a little apartment style outhouse to ourselves, with a back door to a little seating area in the garden. The room was clean and stocked perfectly for a couple. The location was a few minutes drive into town, perfect for us to pop out for dinner as we didn’t realise dinner could be purchased at the bed and breakfast.

The hosts Denise and Dave are a lovely couple who do all that they can to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Our accommodation, the garden view annex was small but well planned for two guests. Spotlessly clean and very tastefully fitted out and decorated. They minor issues we had with the heating not being on when we arrived and the TV remote were dealt with promptly and efficiently. The property has a delightful garden with seating and bar b q facilities. Alas it was too cold in January to benefit from these facilities. Dave gave us excellentrecommendations for restaurants in March and the incredible and unique Angel Roof church on the outskirts of town. Well worth a visit. Note fee parking in the long stay car park off the main road. Also petrol stations offer fuel 10pence/litre cheaper than Birmingham or West Midlands.
It is a shame reakfast no longer included as per Booking.com. Now available as an extra service and cost. Understandable in todays climate. A huge relief when Dave got the heating turned on.IOur stay coincided with the freeze up after the rain s of mid January.

Beautiful location with stunning gardens to relax in. Bungalow 2 was well set up with everything you would need. Breakfast was excellent and brilliant value for money. Denise and Dave are friendly and welcoming. Plenty of parking available and even an EV charger, which will be handy for our next visit. Was really nice to have our own private outside seating area to enjoy a morning cuppa.

I honestly couldn't fault this place at all. It's a little bit of perfection. The staff are amazing helped me and my partner above and beyond to make us feel welcome and make our stay as perfect as possible. The lady come and picked me and my partner who is pregnant up from town so we didn't have to struggle walking. Honestly an amazing place to stay 12/10 would recommend 👌
Couldn't pick a single thing I didn't like. Was perfect. The attention to detail was amazing
