During my stay at Hotel LaTour in Milton Keynes, there were several aspects that I particularly enjoyed, which contributed to a pleasant and memorable experience. 1. **Room Comfort and Amenities**: The rooms at Hotel LaTour stood out for their comfort. The service was so good we got breakfast for one morning and it was amazing i was shocked at the range of food they had for breakfast the only thing I regretted was leaving and not staying longer

The pillows were a bit too soft for my liking however we did get enough pillows to be able to roll one. We didn’t get any robes or toothpaste included but we were able to just grab some from the shops as luckily we had a whole shopping centre near us. The tv was not smart so we couldn’t Watch anything apart from tv channels there is an option for screen sharing which unfortunately only works with android phones

We were really pleased with the room and ensuite. The bed was very comfortable and the room was equipped with hairdryer, ironing board/iron, coffee machine with pods. The lift was extremely fast & we loved the one with view. The restaurant had lovely views. Breakfast was lovely and a huge choice of what you could have. We booked for an evening meal - try book before you arrive if possible. We booked for tea after breakfast and only could get a table at 8.30pm. The food was amazing. We had bread to share to start with, followed by steak for my husband and the burger for myself. These were lovely. For puddings we had Black Forest and raspberry cheesecake, both again delicious. The staff were very attentive making sure we weren’t rushed and kept us topped up with our bottle of champagne. The location was fantastic, just beside the shopping centre. The multi-storey car park was easy to park in. We didn’t move the car over the 2 days and with the discounted price it was only £11 (Friday 7.30pm ish to Sunday 10am ish). Overall we were very impressed with our stay and will be back again soon.

We were pleasantly surprised at the size and brightness of our room. It was clearly a new hotel or recently renovated. The bar/lounge/breakfast area was gorgeous... all windows overlooking a park across the street. Breakfast was delicious with a large selection to choose from. They even accommodated a special request for our eggs. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only thing that could have made it better would have been a softer mattress. That being said my husband and I thought every place we stayed during our two weeks had rather hard mattresses. Guess we're just used to pillow tops. I'd like to extend a special thanks to Alice in reception. She took the time to recommend places to eat and find entertainment... even going so far as to draw us a map.

We had a very nice stay at the hotel the staff were helpful and friendly, had a glass lift so as someone that suffers from claustrophobia was a definite plus. Tea and Coffee in room was plentiful and replaced daily. Bed was super comfortable.

If I had to say anything negative it would only be that at breakfast I could only see fried eggs on offer and I only found out on the last day of my stay that you could if fact order scrambled or poached so it would have been nice to have been told that. but I will know for next time and would defiantly stay again. Also lighting in room was bad but have to say its the same in every hotel, could just be me though as I need plenty of light to put my face on lol.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was large and everything was perfectly clean. The restaurant, located at the 14th floor offers an amazing view over the MK park. We had a customer dinner on one of the night and everything has been excellent: perfect service, very friendly service, smiling people, really delicious food (one extra point for the warm Tart of Goat's Cheese with Thyme, Red Onion, Figs and Maple Syrup, on Lemon Dressed Leaves - amazing!). The breakfast was also very good and generous. All in all, I enjoyed my staying at La Tour Hotel but if i would have to chose only one thing that I liked there then this would be the people and their kindness. Thank you very much for that :-)!

A hatstand or a coat rack at the room entrance would be helpful. The warm water for the shower wasn't warm enough for me and one of my colleague had the same remark.

Everything really - had them look after my luggage after I checked out and I popped back later for lunch at Fourteen - delightful!

Two very minor points - the orange juice at breakfast was very watery - I did mention this at reception.. Secondly, the high shelf over the hanging space in the wardrobe could do with illuminating - the dark wood and height made it difficult to see if I had accidentally left anything there. Also, but not that it impacted my stay in any way, was surprised to see that in such a modern building, the roof over the reception area had a leak and water was dripping through the ceiling!

Staff were amazing, extremely helpful and polite. Hotel looks stylish and very easy to find and navigate around the building. The room was lovely, comfortable, spotless with a lovely view of Campbell park. The bathroom spacious and an amazing shower facility.

My only negative experience is that I could hear next doors music for 2 hours. This was a shame as they played the same song on repeat for a very long time. This proves sadly how the rooms are not very sound proof. Maybe I was just unlucky to get a noisy neighbour. Fortunately this was in the afternoon and not at night as I would have had to say something. The rest of my stay was very enjoyable.

The location is ideal to visit Centre:MK and various other places are in walkable distance as well. We had lovely view to the park from our room and the restaurant at the top also has a great view to the city. Lots of restaurants to choose from within 20 min walk radius. You can also drive obviously, the roads are unusually quite and wide (for England). There are also plenty of parking spaces everywhere, bit pricey though.

There was no minibar in the room which was unusual for a 4* hotel. Check in was quite slow despite we arrived at around 8pm. There were only 2 members of staff at the reception and it took 25 minutes to get the keys. Although this was noted in the listing, I didn't appreciate the £50 deposit, this indicates misbehaving guests which didn't put my mind at ease.

Stayed here multiple times including 2 nights already this month and this was my 2nd visit this month and it’s only the 18th January 2025. Generally a very quiet hotel and very comfortable beds.

After my last review the hotel suggested to try one of suites. So I contacted the hotel via booking.com Monday 13th and checked in the 17th and to date the hotel haven’t replied to my message asking for the cost to upgrade to a suite on the 17th and availability. Also I wish the complimentary glass water bottles and glasses in the room are clean (room 404).
