Lights were absolutely beautiful and included in the accommodation cost! Staff were very helpful. Themed rooms were so lovely. And thenes throughout the resort were lovely. Beds were very comfortable. Food at restaurant- large portions.

A microwave in the western accommodation would be helpful having had a baby stay. Door in nunber one had a large gap which resulted in a cold draught. More variety in restaurants would be nicer.(specially with fair being closed). A map of the site on the booking pictures would really help. We managed to get a trolley to carry our luggage, but apparently not always available.

great location and the caravan was very warm (almost too warm) hot water was super hot, the chairs where very comfortable. We where staying when their was a light show on which resulted in large crowds outside (slightly up from us) which resulted in a log burner and marshmallows burning which was a real bonus - plus the sights of the lights which where all around. Dinosaur theme - we all decided we are coming back with the whole family's - its great. Reception staff great at both check in and out

Because of the light show it was very difficult to get into the car park and we felt a little odd entering with the large crowds.

Had everything you needed for a night away, was nice knowing we didn't have to drive home after a busy day. Kids loved the bunk beds and the sofa bed was pulled out ready for us my personal opinion the beds wasn't that comfy but was fine for the night toilet and shower was great and all clean. Mini fridge in there and tea and coffee making facilities no alterative milk sachets though.

No alternative milk sachets. And I personally wouldn't bother going to the raptor restaurant for breakfast there is 3 hot choices sausage bap, bacon bap or vegetarian sausage bap then cornflakes or coco pops you then have to go to reception to get a hot drink which just made it a bit of a faff with kids. We didn't have dinner there so can't comment on that one. We went to the inn on the lake which we highly recommend about 10 mins away.

Bed very comfortable, felt like a king size and not just a double. Very nice place. Stayed in wild west cabins. Can hear neighbours and bad weather. As to be expected. Can hire disposable bbq stands for £5 which we saw some people utilising however we were happy to eat at the restaurant. Good food. Nice and chilled evening! Ordered an extra cot for our 2 year old free of charge which was confirmed on my booking.com but wasn't in the room when we arrived. We didn't bother enquiring about it as it was only 1 night and we would manage, it was also already late when we arrived and there is limited space in the room so it was probably a blessing in disguise. But I feel they would have helped should we have asked.

Cabins have own toilet and shower (didn't use the shower) but they smell slightly of portaloo's. But that is also to be expected when in glamping accommodation so ignore the bad reviews.

We found the place by chance with a last minute booking , and the staff were extremely professional and helpful. The Tent we stayed in was so very clean and the beds had quality mattresses that were really comfortable. The site was very clean and toilet and shower facilities excellent . The children’s playground, and the adjoining Dinasour land was brilliant. The restaurant had a simple menu which made it easy to order for hungry kids!

The padlock on the tent was difficult to use as it was so small, but that was the only issue, everything else was perfect

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. We went once ...loved the the rooms . Have continued to go on a regular basis. Peaceful surroundings. Restaurant on site. Beautiful lake across the road with Restaurant. 5 mins from MK centre. Couple or family's will enjoy

4 pm check in and 10 am check out .would prefer 2pm checking and 11am check out to gain the most out of the rooms to relax and unwind without having to rush . Would be good to have microwaves in all room as to heat food or bottle for children or people with dietary needs.

the room facilities are great. Microwave available, kettle and also many paper cups and coffee available for the guest. Me and my partner had a great night, comfort bed and clean bed sheet. The staff is helpful although I checked in nearly midnight

The bathroom bit small. The electric heather is not function but luckily the temperature not too low that day and the hotel prepare enough duvet in the room. It would be perfect if the electric heather is working. The curtain not fully cover the edge of the main window/door. You may have to prepare some food before you go there, the restaurant is closed when I was there.

The cabin we stayed in was adorably cute. The staff kindly followed my request and allocated us what had to be the quietest location on site. The setting was very relaxing on the edge of the lake, with no passing foot traffic. The cabin was very clean and organised, with beds made upon our arrival. Beds had comfortable mattresses and plenty of pillows to hand for those who like extra support. The electric heaters were so efficient we only had to switch on one of them for about half an hour to keep the cabin cosy. The hot water heater was instant. The shower pressure was fantastic and consistent. There were plenty of fluffy white towels.

Our only gripe would be the lack of any bowls, plates, cutlery. The cabin has a kettle, toaster, microwave, 4 mugs, 2 glasses and 1 teaspoon. To be honest, I don’t know if this was mentioned in the property description, I just booked based on the pictures. An having never stayed anywhere before that didn’t provided the basics, I assumed the basics would be there. Thankfully the reception staff were very helpful and lent us what we needed from the onsite restaurant.

I had once one of the JCB cabin, but recently got Woodlands cabin. The matrasses on bunk bed were very comfy, the double bed not. The bedsheets, linen were satisfyingly breathable, not a plastic wrap like in hotels. I had 1 of my best sleep there. The towels were comfy and soaks up every drop of water. Very entertaining the surroundings for families.

Double(not really, rather fat single) bed matress was worn off, sprungs can be felt under my body. Sometimes wet room could be clogged. Outside the pavement not well drained, on rainy days like stepping into ypur dog's tray.

The place was amazing My son absolutely loved every part of it, including the night illuminations display which was on at the same time. I have statyed here before and was even better this time, apart from the aeriel for the tv that was a little weird being situated in the bush out the front but wasnt a problem, more of a double take situation! Regardless, ill happily go there again tomorrow, brilliant place and the kids love it! Thankyou.
