It was nice to return to the hotel every day and to eat a meal in their dining room. The bar area, upstairs, was a nice place to relax and have a drink later on. We also enjoyed the outdoor courtyard while at the facility. I would return here, again.

The room was not in the best state of repair. The toilet ran water all the time. If I fished my hand around in the tank or gave it a hard bump (sometimes this didn't work), I could usually get this to stop. I showed this problem to one of the maids and she said that she would have it fixed but when I returned to the room that night, the toilet was still running water non stop. Also, the cable on the back of the tv would just fall off and the connector wasn't connected at all. If I jiggled it just so, I could watch TV but it was very irritating and easily fixed. Put a handy person into this room for 1/2 an hour and all my concerns could be removed.

The location is spot on with shops not too far away if required. Customer services were fantastic. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable

Breakfast - I was charged a higher price on the day than it stated on Booking.com. £15 per person (£45 total - Booking.com stated £10 per person). My English breakfast was cold (buffet but you don't pick yourself, it's handed to you), some items had clearly been stood too long and gone rubbery. The non English breakfast items did not have a lot of choice. There was no apple or orange juice in any of the machines and I had to ask. All of this and I was one of the first people down for food and I was the only person in there (you expect standards to drop if you come at the end and it's been busy). Not worth £15 at all and I would not choose to eat there next time.

Stayed for a convention and it was near perfect. Big enough space, warm and cozy, very comfortable beds and staff couldn't do enough for you, asking how you were and making sure you knew where to go etc. The building is so beautiful and has lots to do, bar, food, nice gardens, close to a lovely wood for a walk and a swimming pool and gym. The inside was great too, the room has a bath for relaxing at the end of a long day and a fan which helped me fall to sleep. I often struggle to sleep in a new bedroom but this was so comfortable I fell a sleep very quickly.

The only thing I didn't like was coming back to my room after my event and seeing someone had entered it to clean it up and reset it. While I appreciate it, I didn't leave any sign saying to do so and it made to panic that my stuff could of been stolen as I didn't lock any of them up. Apart from that it was great for price etc

Service was excellent! staff was really kind and was always happy to help. Breakfast was simple but really enjoyable. we didn't get to enjoy the spa/wellness centrum but if it's as good as the facilities in the hotel I can only imagine that it would be just as good. Hotel is situated on a nice quite area with shops within 5-7 min drive. We really enjoyed our stay and can definitely recommend.

The breakfast is basic, english breakfast, no sliced meat to put on your toast. I'm not a huge fan of warm breakfast in the morning and so the options were limited.

Simple, clean and what we needed for our stay. If you are expecting a luxury stay book elsewhere. If you are looking for a base as we were, the basic but clean accommodation will meet your needs. Other reviews mention unclean rooms and noise in the small hours, we we experienced none of this. The bed and pillows were fresh and comfy, the bathroom clean and stocked with the basics required. Reception staff and bar staff were helpful. Remember to register your vehicle when checking in to avoid fines.

We had no issues during our visit.

Good sized room for 2 people, clean bathroom with more than adequate housekeeping facilities - turndown and towels. We absolutely love the fact that people using the hotel have access to the swimming pool and leisure facilities.

The bedroom door was very stiff and requires some maintenance. 1 window handle was missing, making it impossible to open the window. The room got very hot even with the use of a fan. Set meals times rather than a request service, although able to pay for meals in the restaurant.

Good size room, good bathroom facilities. I liked that they provided shower wash and body lotion. Comfortable bed, room temperature was good. I quite often find hotel rooms to be too hot. This one wasn't. The location also meant it was quiet. Lots of parking available. I would use again.

Lack of and not clear enough signage for where the rooms were in the blocks. I walked round in circles initially. Before realising my room was on the 1st floor. I'd have liked more tea, milk, or coffee provided. But that's a personal preference.

Staff. Location. Bar. Access to the separate pool / gym.

Bar prices - far too high, captive audience. Food. Breakfast and evening meal, very dry as left out under the heating lamps far too long. Ok if you get them early when first put out or close to it. Some noisy youths as the centre houses local college kids for their various courses around Bletchley and Milton Keynes. Staff do keep an eye on this and their are signs to say please respect other guests and keep noise down.. we only heard a bit of this whilst staying..

Our room was big & spacious, it had lots of windows & on each window were blinds & curtains. This was even better because I'm a light sleeper & wake up when the light comes into the room. The room was warm when we arrived & it stayed warm throughout our stay. We have a late checkout & on the day of leaving, we still get to use the swimming pool and hot tub. The bed was comfortable & had spare pillows in the wardrobe. There are also different entrances depending on where you park your car. The front of the house were very informative & helpful. Breakfast was included in our price. It had full English, Cereal, toast, a selection of pastries, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, orange juice, apple juice fruit & yoghurts.
