Situation was perfect. Ability for 3 friends to share a room perfect. Request for flowers in the room for my friend's birthday was excellent. 2 of my friends had limited mobility, and their cases were happily carried upstairs by staff members. Excellent service

Kettle didn't work, but that was a minor issue. More power in the shower would have helped, but I understand there are renovations ongoing in the rooms

Newly fitted shower in the room which was very hard to use. There were basic instructions but I couldn’t get the temperature to drop enough for me to enjoy my shower. I did call the manager who came up to my room but we couldn’t really figure it out. She did say she would get maintenance to look at it. Bit disappointing my

Absolutely brilliant. The staff were helpful and friendly, always ready with a smile. The breakfast hearty and delicious. The rooms, while slightly dated, were absolutely lovely and comfortable. It was my MIL's first hotel stay and she couldn't have loved it more. The views of the sea from her room were to die for. Would definitely recommend and will definitely come back again for another stay!

Lovely friendly staff, amazing location abd the best breakfast in the whole world! Mateusz is a top chef! The rooms are very comfortable but my TV didn't work. There were problems with the signal which was explained to me but I like to watch the news in the morning when I am away.

We stayed at the hotel when it was Bay View and thought the location was excellent and still believe that. The staff were all extremely helpful and seemed very happy in their work. The waiting staff were well informed about the menu so able to recommend dishes and wine. Dinner was exquisite and breakfast the same.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast and lunch we had at the Salty Dog was excellent and service was warm.

Could have done without the dogs but we accept it is an "us " issue rather than anything against the Salty Dog. But to be fair the dogs didn't really bother us.

Was a bit dark getting to rooms alot if stairs and we where on first floor. I had my elderly mother with me who struggles with stairs so I was worried about her.

restaurant has just been done up which was beautiful. rooms were slightly more dated but still to a great quality and super comfortable. location was great, staff were great - would definitely stay again
