Great Find, This is the kind of place you want to stay at, great friendly team, good vibe, room was nice and modern and clean. Breakfast was good and quality. Staff where friendly, happy and genuine. If we had longer we would have stayed longer, no problem in recommending: The Bakery Restaurant with Rooms

Nothing, all good and would stay again, in fact we only stayed 1 night as we was visiting Charles Darwin House and a few other natural places/Country walks, Biggin Hill Spitfire Museum along with our pet Dog, but if you was looking for somewhere as a base for a few days whilst site seeing all the great places around the area up to say 10 miles in all directions then it would be nice to know you was coming back here to sleep/rest, eat and drink.

Very comfortable spacious room with lovely great quality bed linen. Nice to have herbal teas in the refreshments selection. Breakfast was ok, a little limited on choice for vegetarians. I would have liked better quality coffee! All in all, a very comfortable stay but a little pricey for what you get.

Dissapointed there was no bath, though the shower was spacious and good quality and very clean apart from a shower mat that was pretty gross and seemed strange given how clean everything else was. This needs replacing!

Its' location adjacent village green in a community with a lovely traditional feel to it : The welcoming of the proprietor : The cleanliness and comfort of the room (and underfloor heating in our annexe room) : The excellent quality and service of breakfast. For us this was a lovely smaller scale property and we certainly did not miss the crashing of corridor doors as experienced with stays at larger hotels.

There was nothing we did not like. In both the booking procedure and by subsequent e mail, it was made clear that restaurant facilities were not available on Sunday and Monday evenings (which is when we were staying) not a problem for us - but be aware.

Everything! We had booked this hotel by necessity because our flight home was cancelled. Carl and Dina went out of their way to make us as comfortable as possible. We got to eat late at night and were allowed to stay in our room all day the following day until we had to return to the airport. They are incredibly hospitable and we felt very welcome. Thank you so much for everything! We will definitely come back when we go to London on vacation.

This was a lovely experience with access to the room from the outside and breakfast included. This is a great place to stay if you are planning to go out and about with dogs, children or bikes. Very friendly staff who let us check into the room one hour early as we had a wedding to go to at 1 o'clock. This started a weekend of fun off with a great start as we were able to get changed for our wedding in the comfort of our room.

The rooms were lovely. We arrived early as we had a wedding we were attending, the staff managed to work hard to get us an early check in so we could get ready for the wedding, it was so lovely of them to be able to do this. We even got complimentary bottles of water when we arrived back from the wedding. The breakfast was lovely, simple but that’s what we enjoyed! Can’t go wrong with a full English. The setting of the village is so beautiful and would definitely return!

The bathroom doors have partial clear glass which made it awkward when using the toilet with my partner in the room, I would suggest solid doors for more privacy.

Everything in the room was clean and tidy.The bed was very comfortable and spacious. Andrew and his staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was exceptional. The evening meal was delicious as was the breakfast. The location is very good for places to visit such as Hever Castle.

I can quite honestly say there wasn't anything we didn't like about our stay. I would highly recommend The Bakery With Rooms to anyone and would definitely stay again in the future.

Great choice for breakfast and all cooked and presented perfectly. The location was lovely. We ate in the main restaurant on our first night and the food was exceptional for a small B&B. Great car park on site. The exterior of this very pretty building and the small outside garden with tables and chairs were really kept.

A very small point - one of the Roman blinds blinds in our room needed repair.

Andrew and his small team were very friendly and welcoming. Despite being busy as a film crew were using some of the rooms as green rooms and rest rooms during the day it never felt anything other than calm and peaceful. The service was excellent and it seemed that whatever we asked for was there in an instant. The food was very good. Great breakfast and very nice dinner when we ate in the restaurant. A good central location for exploring the area. What a find.

Was absolutely fabulous from start to finish. I didn't realise the room I originally booked with up a flight of stairs and due to difficulty with stairs they accommodated us and moved us to ground floor instead. Would definitely stay there again!! The food there also was amazing, the best homemade burgers we ever tasted! Stunning location, great parking, and staff there are exceptionally helpful
