It has excellent location in west street and all facilities inside. WiFi is very fast and kitchen is very well equipped all vessels and plates you need with dishwasher oven microwave kettle. Two bedroom apartment has two bathrooms living cum kitchen and a small balcony. The service is excellent and very responsive always. They do cleaning towel sheets change once a week. We enjoyed our 2.5 weeks stay and wish we could spend more time at this lovely accommodation!

Only con we found is the apartment is too heated always even with windows and balcony door open. There is no a.c. Thankfully the summer this year is very cool in uk so we loved weather. The building was very impressive couple of years back - now a bit jaded and furniture needs a bit refurbishing esp sofa set. Also the washing machine has no dryer so you need to hang clothes for drying out. But otherwise no complaints at all.

From the start the management sent me a detailed email with all the information needed to collect the keys and access the appartment. The appartment has everything you need and more. And whatever you might need or have a question about the management was ready to provide and answer. The appartments are very spacious, central and very tastefully decorated as well as being very clean. I loved my stay in the appartment which made my stay in Sheffield very lovely and gave me homey feeling. Can't wait to come back again

Highly recommended beautiful apartments, excellent location and good parking. The instructions received before arrival where very clear. A code to get into the property then a locked key box (with code) to retrieve the keys. I requested option of parking on the same day of arrival and the property where very quick to respond, it was all made easy. The property management where always fast to reply and very helpful. We stayed for quite a few days and we are likely to repeat when we next go back to Sheffield.

The living room and open plan kitchen, which massive. The biggest, modern, and cleanist so far. The staff, Mark and Drew, were so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect as it's in the city centre; the restaurants and shops are just stones thrown away.

The parking space is a bit small, especially if you have a big car, but it's in a secured location. When I left messages on the weekend and they said that they did not receive them and nobody came back to me, which was very frustrating. There was no big mirror in the other room, so we needed to go to the bathroom to see yourself, but it's not a big deal. This is the first place that requires throwing away your rubbish on our last day. It should be their job, especially since it was just a short stay.

The facade is indeed striking and so are many of the details inside. The rooms size was good and size of bathrooms was unusually generous. The staff was very prompt and polite in their responses.

There were a few things which can or could have been addressed to get a perfect 10. First, the sight of dangling internet and cable tv wires was to say the least unsightly. Second, for the large bathrooms, the size of washbasin and the height of WC were unusually small and low, respectively. Third the bathtubs need grab bars and tub mats to avoid an accident.

Location with parking, nice size rooms and facilities with kitchen plus two toilets. Soundproofing good given the location.

On arrival I noticed the bedroom wall was damaged by door handle due to the door stop being broken. Sealant is missing around the bath. No curtain for privacy at night in lounge (only a day curtain). Obviously given the location there is some noise from people in street, however sound proofing is good as the noise level is nothing like the actual noise level if you were outside.

By far, this is the most delightful homestay I ever had. The unit is beautifully equipped, and the wide area of window panes provides excellent natural lighting and views. The pantry is the best equipped I have seen, with a large island top that I absolutely enjoy preparing meals. Great location. Everything I need, from groceries, restaurants, public transport, etc, is all a stone's throw away. Though I never met the host, I didn't need to because everything was well managed, and all the information I needed was available on the kitchen island. This is the best-managed unit, in my opinion.

I wished the bathrooms could have a radiant heater. The water pressure in the main bedroom was weak but bearable.

Really wasn't sure what to expect from this property, but wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Communication, location, facilities, layout, and cleanliness were exceptional. Spacious, with two bathrooms and a fully-equipped kitchen, including laundry facilities, this was just what we needed for our stay. Conveniently located close to public transport, grocery shopping and plenty of places to eat, we weren't particularly aware of any excess noise. The building is very clean and well-maintained.

Although dishwasher tablets are supplied, washing machine detergent is not. Hardly a deal breaker, but caught us out given the superb attention to detail the owners should rightly pride themselves on.

Having received and followed detailed instructions about accessing the apartment we unfortunately discovered the keys were not there. This caused us some distress as it was by now dark and snowing and we were in an unfamiliar city. Fortunately, despite accompanying info that there would be no assistance at the weekend, after leaving a voicemail, we were very grateful that Gabriella got back to us within a further 15 minutes and met us in reception and apologised profusely and gave us access saying that, of course, it should have been. The apartment itself. whilst not luxurious, is certainly very good and fit for purpose and very well equipped. Alan
