I have stayed here a couple of times in both the apartments and also the studio apartments and it has always been excellent. Once again, I have had a wonderful stay. The apartment was really peaceful and beautifully clean. The bed was really comfy and the apartment had everything I needed. I even had the added bonus of a bath as well as a shower this time, which was nice and made my couple of days here even more relaxing. Everything I needed was to hand and all the appliances worked straight away. No fuss or stress!

I cannot think of anything I didn't like. I am looking forward to staying again.

The apartment is in a central location, very close to the city center, making it convenient to explore the area. Although there is no staff physically present at the property, they were easily reachable through the chat. I contacted them regarding a clogged shower drain, and they sent someone to fix it on the same day. The communication regarding key pickup and other important details prior to our arrival was also very clear. The apartment itself was as advertised on Booking.com and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

There was mold in the shower, which can use some attention. The bed was quite short, which wasn't ideal for us as we're quite tall. Additionally, the apartment was quite warm, and with the windows open for ventilation, there was a lot of noise from the street as there is a bar opposite the building. Not a big deal for us but something to consider if you're a light sleeper.

Location is brilliant, there is everything you need. The staff is always available to support. Parking is not included but a paid parking is right in front of the entrance. Easy access to the nightlife area but far enough to be more quiet.

The air suction system was very noisy and turned out to be broken, had to leave it off. However they offered immediately to change apartment. Some of the neighbors were quite noisy late at night and the door to the corridor is not helping much when it comes to soundproofing.

I was in a studio apartment for 5 nights. The facilities were great, having a washing machine was very useful. The tea, coffee, and milk sachets were a nice touch that I didn't expect. Especially after a long journey. It was clean and in a great location, just over 10 minutes walk to the train station. A very handy Sainsburys local and a Tesco express nearby. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. It felt pretty safe for a lone female. The arrival instructions were very good. The entrance and stairwell were clean and bright, as were the halls. The studio apartment images were very good, I felt like I was somewhere familiar when I arrived. I have recommended Kspace to others and would stay again.

My window looked out to the busy street, which could be a little noisy, just part of a busy location. I tended to close the window at night. Sorry, I didn't like the dining chairs. They were not very comfy. A few areas could have been cleaner, nothing that would put me off returning. The curtains had a couple of dirty marks, and the electrical plugs in the kitchen had collected dust. The microwave had a strong smell of food, and it was a little dirty. Maybe it hadn't been cleaned from the previous guest. The corners of the shower door could use a scrub. The rest of the kitchen and bathroom were very clean. The bedding and floors were immaculate.

the actual apartment was beautiful. was a perfect little space to relax and chill. with everything you would need for a stay. shops just a one minute walk away to make sure you’re stocked. right near a busy area so there’s always something to do just a short distance away. i did have to call the staff with an issue and they were beyond exceptional. helped me so much and was so lovely to talk to. they truly care about the people that stay with them!! will absolutely be coming back

only complaint i havé is that the sink in our apartment was broken and wouldn’t drain the water. other than that i have nothing bad to say

The apartment was spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed and sofa. All the bits you need in the kitchen and lovely fluffy thick towels. It was surprisingly quiet for the busy city centre location due to good windows (I am familiar with the city as I used to live there so knew it was an area with lots going on). Two supermarkets right nearby for supplies and plenty of food places and pubs in the area.

The apartment was warm but it was very hot weather out and the fan provided was very useful. In cooler weather this would be a good point as you would not be chilly.

The apartment was a decent size for two of us for a few nights and the location was great - really central. The bathroom was large (nice to have a bath too) and the bed was extremely comfortable! The WiFi was fairly reliable and it was handy to have access to Netflix and other on demand TV streaming (especially as we were there at Christmas).

It could have done with a few more kitchen utensils, like a spatula for frying, and cosier lighting in the living room (such as a lamp) would have been nice. However, overall it was a nice flat and the staff were very helpful and friendly when we spoke with them online/over the phone.

Central location in Sheffield. Very comfortable apartment.

Some of the fittings around the kitchen are starting to look a bit tired, but only to be expected with a flexible rental. Nothing to do with the apartment itself, but: The roadworks and one way system in Sheffield make it quite difficult to access by car, especially when it's dark and raining. The carpark at the rear is part dug up for yet more building works in Sheffield, so there were limited spaces. But there is a large multi-story close by. The apartment block is in the middle of one of the main pub/club areas but it wasn't noisy.

The facilities and equipment all packed within the space was very thoughtful and excellent. The location is excellent, away from the noise but just a few steps to the main road and a short walk to the High street.

Very little and sparse toiletries provided in the bathroom. Was not enough for our duration of stay. and any enquiry on additional stuff required would have been helpful.

Well, never gave such a long review before as this is indeed my best living experience in Sheffield! I was absolutely blown away by the property and the team. The location of the flat is in the city centre so really convenient, I personally enjoy hearing the church bell every day. You have a wide variety of options for food, drinks, groceries, and shopping either downstairs or just a few minutes' walk away. The accommodation itself is spotless and well-equipped. It felt like a home away from home, with a comfy living room, bathroom, kitchen, and all the necessary cooking utensils and tableware. The wifi is outstanding. I was also impressed with the service here. The staff was always available to help with anything I needed, from booking questions to maintenance. They were friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. Particularly, a highlight to Mr. Mark Cox for consistently demonstrating a high level of professionalism, maintaining prompt and seamless communication. I’m grateful for all his help, thank you.

If I have to be fussy, if you live in the rooms facing the pubs, it could be slightly noisy on weekends. But it's a good thing if you like drinking, innit?
