The staff were really friendly, welcoming and helpful. There was plenty of parking and it only costs £7 overnight to park. The room was a standard one but was quite spacious with everything you need for a comfortable stay. They also let us check out late at 1pm without charge. That alone seems like a hotel & team that wants to ensure a high level of customer service

My only issue was that the bed could have been a bit more comfortable, it was on the soft side which isn’t my preference but I’m sure others wouldn’t mind.

Excellent location. Not far from Slough train station or legoland. Staff from cleaning, reception to breakfast were all lovely and helpful. Breakfast was gorgous and plentiful. The room was spotless, and the shower was fab. Excellent value for money. Plenty of parking. We had a great time, thank you. X

One recommendation would be at breakfast to have a reserved symbol or object on the table. There was only two of us (adult and child) which made breakfast a little awkward for self service. We left our table to dish up food and it was taken when we returned. Which wouldn't be an issue but it was so busy, it then became a fuss trying to sit somewhere else. My hotel key had been left on the table so again it became awkward. It was soon resolved but it would be helpful to have a occupied sign or something for the table.

The location & ample parking. Great staff whenever we interacted with any1 they were always smiling & friendly & chatty, the lovely lady at reception with curly hair, was so lovely & wonderful each time we saw her & ppl like this are a credit to the companies they work for. Breakfast was very good aswell, good fried options & i had porridge which was realy nice. The bar area serve food & drinks till 21:30, we had coffee a few times & it was really nice, small kids area aswell which is nice, but some unruly kids took over the space when we were there & just shouted & screamed constantly & their amazing parents just laughed it off like it was normal

The room was great, the beds were comfy, and the bedding was nice and clean. The reception staff were friendly and gave my kids activity packs to enjoy, which was so kind. The breakfasts were brilliant, another hotel we stayed in recently (it starts with "H" and ends in "N"....) the sausages were grossly undercooked, and they had stale food that looked like it had been out all morning it wasn't even remotely appetising the breakfasts here were a million times better. Everything was cooked to perfection, and the cappuccinos were lovely, so creamy, and my kids were ecstatic that you had Coco Pops! Hotel was so close to where we needed to be as well, which was a massive plus.

Staff are friendly and are there. Reactive. Good breakfast for reasonable price. Child stay and eat free. Air conditioned room.. Clean, considering it is carpeted I didnt feel the usual carpet dust etc - as I am quite sensitive and allergic to dusty environment. Parking a plenty, safe and good value. Quiet, considering the location. Quite central - close to Legoland, Windsor, Slough trai station to London.

Shower which need a bigger enclosure as water will seep out when showering. No housekeeping done on the first day - perhaps my fault as I put up the sign at the door at around 11am. Quickly rectified by getting fresh set of towels.

The bed was comfortable, and the room had everything you expected - coffee-making facilities, a hairdryer etc. Great range of breakfast items with soya milk as an alternative. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the hotel one evening, and it was good. I had the chicken curry, and my husband had the pie. We used the buses to get around, and the trains instead of our car for most of the trip and these were easily accessible. A short walk away to the bus station and we went to Heathrow to get the train into London, although there may have been alternative routes.

Close to Lego land food was nice although not as big of selection as expected. Beds were comfy room was large size. Staff were friendly. And accommodating we requested a view of the castle which we got so thank you. We would stay again.

Accidentally pulled back bottom sheet when pulling four back for my 6 year old to climb into bed to find blood stains on mattress protector which was rather off putting (needs to be thrown) expected slightly large meal choices but covered a selection and suitable for the kids pizzas however we’re very nice and kids enjoyed there pasta.

We arrived around 6pm there was plenty of parking spaces on the hotel premises we literally parked the car and used a taxi service for our day trip. There was a small fee for each night we stayed for parking. We went the weekend of the kings coronation to celebrate our daughters 6th birthday as we booked Legoland which again was 10/10 if you want a day out or struggle to please children with big age gaps. All of the staff at this hotel was lovely and really helpful couldnt fault them one bit. The morning of our daughters birthday staff went extra mile (no charge) came out with a slice of cake and candle and sang happy birthday which was a lovely thing to do. Breakfast was outstanding again if you wanted or had any special requirements they was happy to help. We had food in the lobby\bar area the first night couldnt fault it. Room was spacious clean fresh towels daily. We arrived as a family of 5 2 adults 3 children aged 11,6 and 4. The hotel was only a 15 minute drive to Legoland. Id happily stay again, Kids was given a colouring pack also on arrival. Again thankyou to all the staff here that made our stay so comfortable.

Everything was clean, the choice of food on offer was lovely, and every single member of staff we met was extremely friendly and helpful, and particularly accommodating to our toddler. Definitely good value for money.

The only thing I can think of, apart from not having a fridge in the room (we accept not everywhere does, but for people travelling with families it is useful) was that some of the nearby housing looked a bit dodgy so we were slightly concerned for the security of our car. But nothing happened, and it’s a really useful place to have a hotel (for Legoland, the racecourse etc) and you can’t help what’s around you, so it was fine.

Good location for Legoland. Had a children’s section in the bar which was helpful. Thank you to Anna in housekeeping team who left a card, balloons, chocolates and a Happy Birthday sign in the room - it was a very thoughtful touch.

The food and drink was very expensive. The staff seem low in morale - some were lovely, others seemed disinterested but I don’t imagine their job is easy. It would’ve been nice to know that kids are free as we wouldn’t have bought meals for them in advance and there wasn’t any written information in the room about meal times, WiFi etc
