All the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady that served us at breakfast on Friday morning on the 10th of January and the chef was friendly too. Harry was also great and helpful, he got us vegan sausages when we asked for them and set us up in the bar area so we could have the dog and he was very friendly, and nice, offered great customer service. The music in the bar area was nice and relaxing and the views from our room, the bar and breakfast room were stunning. Lovely outside area to walk the dog too and easy to get to the hotel with lots of nearby places to visit, we particularly liked visiting Barton, the nature reserve there with a viewing room and the garden centre.

There wasn’t a mini fridge in the room for our dogs food, we were only given one towel and the hairdryer was broken but they quickly replaced the hair dryer and brought us an extra towel.

Check in was very efficient, just registered my car for parking (free) and we were in. Short walk to the room which was very good, just what we wanted after a long drive. Went to the bar and had a very nice meal The bar manager was excellent and Amber came by later to serve us and chat. She was very nice and made the stay much more enjoyable.

The room was a bit hot and we couldn't turn down the heating. We opened the window and that worked a bit for us. The bed was very comfortable but the quilt was a bit bulky so we did have a warm night.

The location is fantastic with uninterrupted views of the Humber and the Humber Bridge. Only a short walk away from the bridge footpath. The hotel was comfortable with an excellent lounge area, outdoor decking area and breakfast room all with that great view. They also had two really cool lounge pods outside which I fell asleep on one afternoon. Food was very good although a bit pricey. There was a huge wild field to the back with a worn path for dog walking. We saw loads of rabbits and a red deer one day wandered across the field. Staff were very friendly and helpful albeit in limited supply. They gave us some free kitkats when we had munchies one night and had free fruit on arrival.

It wasn't ⭐⭐⭐⭐ standard but the location and the staff made up for it. The corridors were really unkempt, and the gym was very poor but again it had the view. No one came to clean our room or replenish water etc. during the three days we were there but I was able to get supplies easily.

From entering to leaving it was a great experience. Brian made our stay wonderful.poor man was working between reception and the bar but his smile never left his face. Hr was proffessional and even stayed calm during busy times and ensured we wanted for nothing.A pure credit to the company. Nothing was an issue for him. The outdoor seating area with the views was amazing. The hotel was impeccably clean. The room was spacious and comfy. Although the heat ramped up there was a fan in the room for us. The little gift box containing tea coffee, water coke and crisps and biscuits was a lovely touch. We had a meal from the bar menu in the evening which was tasty and filling. Breakfast the next morning(included in our stay) was a good choice although buffet style and wasn't piping hot but still tasty. The waitress in the morning was professional and friendly. Sorry didn't get her name. Will definitely return.

Quiet location yet close to main access roads to city center and beyond. Staff helpful kept us well informed. No evening meal on arrival night but provided us with local and personal recommendations. Breakfast service was excellent and the waitress was very pleasent and helpful.

There was no shower gel in the dispenser but we had brought our own anyway so not an issue for us. We picked a very wet weekend but could not blame the hotel for the British weather.

Location gave access to everything we planned to see and do. We were warmly welcomed and our room was a suite - clean, comfortable and gave us everything we needed for a base. Our break included breakfast and it was great. Again warmly welcomed and a great range of things to choose from to get each day off to a good start. Beds were super comfy too!!

Great location with very helpful staff and good value. Excellent breakfast, evening meals also vey good. The bar area / lounge is modern and comfortable, from there you can go outside to a raised patio area with great views of the surrounding countryside and Humber Bridge. Moving further down there are large grounds to walk around.

Could do with more staff but not a huge problem

All the staff were very friendly and professional Location was perfect and very quiet.. The breakfast was perfect. The chef on breakfast made it his job to ensure everything was cooked to order if needed.

Stayed for a few extra days due to conference. There was no direct access to rooms for those that are disabled. to gain access to rooms required going around to side of hotel. Access to dining areas were inaccessable to a couple, they were given their meals within the lounge/bar area. Not very good as they were in a party of guests that ate in Dining area. Three of the evening meals were well below par with one night meals were sent back 3 times, in the end for me I gave up. Went back to room for pot noodle.

Nice rooms, interesting location and lovely staff. Great view of the Humber and Humber Bridge (clue is in the name) and a peaceful location. Loved the architecture of the building with is quirky and of its time but all well maintained. We enjoyed our stay.

Very limited breakfast if you are a vegetarian. This building is a 70's design with lots of steps between levels and no lifts so beware if you struggle with stairs. I assume they have accessibility measures in place. If you are thinking of eating or drinking here be prepared to pay well over the odds. I would expect a better choice of drinks and an option of cocktails (this request was met with a look of horror from the bar tender).

Breakfasts very good. Lots of choices, well served/cooked and good value. Evening meals likewise. Sunday night when they did not have a chef on they provided plates and cutlery to eat a takeaway in the dining room!

Room was a little hot and no shops in the immediate neighbourhood
