The staff were very friendly and helpful. When we arrived the room was cool. It was very cold outside, minus 5 forecast. The duvet on the bed was very thin. I went down to reception and requested a blanket. Immediately a lady arrived at our room with an extra duvet. The lady on reception checked a monitor that told her the heating on our room was on air con. She changed it to heating and the room warmed fairly quickly. Problem solved. We were lovely and warm. We stayed one night for a gig at the Georgian Theatre. Perfect, a few minutes walk away. Breakfast was good.

Considering the forecast it would have been nice to arrive in a room with heating on.

Having followed my Sat nav I found the location to be in an excellent location and within easy short walking distance of the location i needed to attend. Furthermore, it was very local to the Cmas market too. The hotel is very sleek and modern. What impacts the traveller immediately is the cleanliness and bright and airy environment of the reception. The rooms are as expected with its basic facilities to hand. The room is bright and very clean with a modern styling about it. We decided to eat our evening meal before heading out and although the menu wasn't vast of choice the quality of food was more than appealing in taste and presentation. Overall, if you need to stay in Stockton on Tees make the hotel your 1st choice as I will if I ever need to return. Many thanks Hampton Hilton.

Nothing I can add here.

Everything!! The entire time, I was in awe at how lovely everything was. Made good use of the fitness centre, went around Stockton for a little, and then back to the hotel. Loved chilling in the room watching a movie. The room itself was absolutely stunning. Everything was so clean and felt really homely. The bed was super comfy with really big fluffy pillows that felt like you were sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast the next day was to die for. Lots to choose from, various nutritional drinks which told you what vitamins were included, all self-serve. I was shocked to see there was a waffle maker there where you could make your own with multiple toppings, syrup, etc. Overall, the stay was perfect, and I'll definitely be coming back again, even if it's to just stay in the hotel haha

N/A - just wish the weather was a bit better. Rain, rain and more rain

The room was clean and a beautiful view. Disappointed with the cheap free tea and coffee in the room, we excepted something a bit nicer. The bed was very uncomfortable which was a shame. Breakfast was disappointing I would have hoped for more fresh fruit like bananas/pears and fresh apples (the apples that where on display were bruised and the skin was broken). The food for the evening should have a healthy option, you only offered pizza.

I liked the view from my window across the river to the 'infitinity bridge and beyond' to Roseberry Topping. I ESPECIALLY like the CURTAINS - there are nets and heavy lined curtains, with rods on both for easy pulling. The curtains cross where they meet, so that there isn't that awful gap of light shining through that you get in some hotels.

I had to take off the cover from the shower plug hole as the shower tray was filling up and would have overflowed otherwise. I'm sorry, I forgot to mention it at the desk. There is never enough milk or sugar provided.

The location was great! Easy to find! A short walk to the venue for the wedding we were invited to. Parking ideal. Staff were friendly, helpful, and pleasant. Nothing too much trouble to make your stay memorable. Variety at breakfast, plenty to choose from. Room spacious and clean, very quiet and peaceful.

The bed was a bit too hard for me, but I still slept but not as greatly as I could have. Breakfast the first day was a little manic, kids running around in breakfast area, trying to find where things were. Following day, less hectic.

Loved how central the hotel was to Yarm and Norton where we had events. Staff were great and very helpful. Room was comfy. The gym was fine for a run and a few weights. Even had a quick breeze on the Peleton bike. The Pale Ale was very good, as were the soups (I had all of them) Breakfast was Brill; all freshly cooked a topped up. My wife absolutely loved the pancake machine.

There are areas nearby that I wouldn't recommend a wander round at night unescorted. Avoid Silver Street after dark. The Police sirens were a constant feature through the night as they left the nearby police station to respond to calls. Get a room not at the northern end to avoid.

The staff who signed me in was very helpful and welcoming. We booked the hotel for the night of our wedding and were given complementary drinks as a result. The breakfast was amazing and the beds and room were spot on with a beautiful river view.

I tried to contact the hotel prior to check in to explain it was the day of our wedding and asked for an early or late check-in. I was only able to check in early with a cost of £10 per hour for every hour early I wanted to check in. I had to take time out of wedding pictures to check in. I think this could have been accommodated for considering the circumstances. That's my only issue with this hotel and booking as a whole.

Friendly helpful staff, location is ideal, security has been substantially improved since my last stay. The rooms have been superbly upgraded, i stayed in 112 , loved the breakfast, and the great choices at breakfast. Location is ideal for Stockton town centre and surrounding areas, realy am impressed with improvements made to this hotel. Plentiful parking spaces however you do have to pay it's not free!!! You must register your vehicle's registration number at the reception.

1. Drinks at the bar are a bit pricey, 2. The toaster at breakfast takes forever three or four passes to get your toast to an exceptable piece of toast very inconvenient if you're in a hurry at breakfast time, very disappointed as this has been mentioned before in my write up at this Hotel, especially as it's such an easy fix ☹️. 3. We are elderly,If there was an extra chair in our room, which is possible! Our stay would have been a lot more comfortable.

The staff at this hotel are the nicest people! Nothing is too much trouble, there is always someone to help or ask if you need any help. Jill went above and beyond for my 8 years old step daughter who wanted a business trip experience, she was made diamond of the day, Jill made her a little hamper full of goodies, a name badge and gave us access to the business hub. We were treat like royalty! Safe to stay my little one was absolutely blown away to be made to feel so incredibly special. An experience she will always remember! We will definitely come back again. The breakfast was so nice, we especially loved the waffle station with every topping you could want. From start to finish the whole stay was perfect and the room was so clean and modern, comfy beds, couldn’t hear any noise and the bonus of Starbucks coffee in the lobby made it even better.

We loved everything!
