Location perfect, room comfortable and spacious and bathroom really good. Air conditioning was very much appreciated as the weather was very hot. Nice tea and coffee in the room and some fruit too. Breakfast very good, with lots of choice and a pleasant dining room. All staff very friendly and helpful and the parking was great as we were were able to leave the car for a few hours on check out day.
Room lighting a little dim for hair doing and make-up. We had informed the hotel of a birthday in our party and an acknowledgement of that would have been nice. Although parking was great, parking cost could have been included in room.

The staff were so helpful in the aftermath of my elderly mother's fall coming out of the theatre meant that we arrived back at the hotel at 6.30am after being at Warwick A and E all night. They gave us a late checkout time of 1pm at no extra cost which meant I got a little sleep before the drive back home to Manchester. Very impressed by the way all staff had been briefed and asked how we were doing as we prepared to leave. Location excellent. Parking excellent. Pre-accident: we loved coffee in the garden. Such a shame we didn't get a chance to sample the breakfast!
Our allocated room was quite a walk away from reception for an elderly person with mobility issues as was mentioned upon booking. (Didn't ask for a change, however, as we were intending to use the room as a base and we managed). But this is a tiny quibble.

The room was very nice indeed with a view of the Great Garden. I was very pleased by finding a stand for my suitcase so I did not have to keep bending down. The air conditioning was great as it was an exceptionally hot night. The breakfast was very good indeed with fresh fruit, a selection of cereals and decaffeinated tea, much to my surprise, as this is not always possible to find. I had some poached eggs on toast too. The location was fantastic, opposite the Swan and Memorial Theatres so it was wonderful just to be able to cross the road and enter the hotel.
Nothing.

Lovely hotel with great service and high standards. Our first room wasnt quite up to par but the hotel immediately changed it for a fabulous room. The bathrooms are amazing. All room amenities are high quality especially the towels.Food quality is great and the staff are marvellous. The.location couldnt be better and the large free car park is an absolute bonus in Stratford.
Some areas are a bit shabby but there are signs up around the hotel that they are currently and gradually refurbishing so you cannot really argue with that. And in the meantime the hotel is spotlessly clean throughout.

The location was excellent - we parked up in the hotel car park and could walk everywhere. Staff were really polite and their consideration was appreciated. The room we stayed in (Arden) was lovely and well presented. We will definitely be going back!
The evening meal menu was a little restrictive, but there were plenty of restaurants local to the hotel for us to visit. The wine list was a little brief as well - but we coupled the visit with trips into the centre.

Ridiculously near the RSC and other things I did. Very kind and helpful, pretty, comfortable, solid food.
Unfortunately the front desk did make a giant mistake on my departure taxi booking. I had asked to book for the Stratford train station and I guess it got lost in communication somewhere because they assumed and booked me to Warwick Parkway. I WAS going to London. Not knowing the area, I didn’t realize until we were really headed on the roadway. But it shouldn’t be up to the tourist to realize that. The driver only took the job because it was on his way to another and then he felt bad having to charge me. Thankfully I had the money. But I had to spend about £19 pounds more (I think), buy an extra ticket to Leamington Spa to catch up with my train change, and wait.

I chose the hotel because of the proximity of the hotel to The RSC as I'd booked a play and it had parking. From check-in to check-out the staff were extremely charming and genuinely seem to enjoy looking after their guests. I was amazed by my room. From the bath in the window to the inviting Queen bed and beautiful tree and river views. I loved it. When people ask me for Stratford recommendations I will say The Arden Hotel. I felt very comfortable and cared for.

We came to Stratford to see A Christmas Carol at the RSC so the location of The Arden was perfect. Our room was clean, tasteful and well appointed, with a generously sized bathroom and lovely big bath. We fancied a curry for dinner so walked the short distance into town for that but stayed at the hotel for breakfast the following morning and were very pleased we had. It was both substantial and delicious. Last but certainly not least, the staff were wonderful: cheerful and helpful each and every one. Thank you, we would definitely stay here again.
Nothing.

Incredibly convenient for the theatre and all the town amenities, restaurants and so on. A comfortable and good-sized room, comfortable beds and a great shower. Lots of nice toiletries, teas and coffees, biscuits and fruit. Really nice breakfast (sausages particularly good!). Staff were friendly and helpful.
The decor was a little tired and could do with a bit of a sprucing up (especially the carpet in Azalea room). But that's being a bit picky!

As usual, the hotel and its staff, who have clearly been trained to an exceptionally high standard, were excellent. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed, with a carefully selected range of complimentary refreshments in the room, which were well received.. Breakfast is always a highlight, with a wide choice of cooked and continental options. The RSC and water are only a short walk.
The only downside is that I couldn't stay longer.
