The dining room is modern with a variety of seating options and includes plug sockets One could easily stand in front of the Hotel and think they are not sure whether it is Ibis Budget or Holiday Inn express! Some more name plate or sign posting would be great.

The room was cosy and tidy. Good pleasure in shower on 6th floor. In the morning and evening ppl are very friendly.

1.that hotel mentiont that their car park is in maintain progress, however when we got there we actually find out that hotel doesn't own the car park and the parking facilities are publics,chargeable.The public carpark is literally 4 minutes walk, but I hate the feeling that the car is park away. 2. also did not like that room did not have smell of cleaning. 3.Very uncomfortable mattress on the bed...the sprungs were poking my body. Maybe is time to changing them. One way system in the city was making us a bid confused, but we managed.

More variety needed: hash browns mushrooms The parking details should have been a bit clearer. I had to park in a residential street but luckily enough restricted had finish by the time I parked. The signs to the hotel were not clear and o had to go round the centre x3 times.

The room was very good, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable bed. The staff were in the main efficient and friendly. The hotel is very convenient for the station, although the surrounding area is not great.

I could not access the hotel services on the TV - would have liked a paper copy. No evening meal available and despite staff telling me there were restaurants nearby, I couldn’t find them and in any case the area didn’t seem safe for a lone woman. Why no shower gel, does everyone use shampoo for shower gel these days?! Would have liked tomatoes and mushrooms in breakfast buffet.

I arrived at 10 o’clock at night I was so trusty with my disabled mum and my auntie we ask to have cold drinks lady said at the receptionist she said we are able to have drink while we are waiting for room to get ready. I went to get the drink a man were standing there in front of all the guests shouted at me and I feel so ashamed I said I’m here as your colleague mentioned it other wise how would I know it and I don’t mind to pay it my mum is disabled as so thirsty, when the lady came I ask her again she said he’s old ignore him I went to get the second glasses he shouted so loudly and I was so ashamed so tired and frustrated and feel ashamed. There were no customer service or manner for the staff and I was so annoyed to get to the hotel and be disrespected.

The property were fine

The breakfast was surprisingly good and a great value. Lots of options. The room was exactly what I expected, clean, comfortable, and efficient. I look forward to staying at other Holiday Inn Express locations.

I have a leg condition so having to park 3 blocks away was a bit of a struggle for me. Would have been nice to have the USB ports available on both sides of the bed. The shower drain was a little slow and I had to turn the water pressure down for fear of it overflowing.

Very good value. Excellent breakfast. Enough space in the room for sofa and desk. Reasonable food available in the evening, but also close to good restaurants.

A small point: the hotel website flags up free coffee in the foyer, but in fact you have to pay for decent coffee from the coffee machine — the free stuff is just the same sachets of instant that are provided in rooms.

Relaxed atmosphere, very clean and tidy, welcoming helpful staff, comfortable rooms felt safe inside the hotel.

The hairdryer unfortunately didn’t work. The room was a bit cold there was the air con but the heating was not easy to work out so didn’t bother in the end and corridors were a cold as you walked through. Could of had more hygienic things in the rooms such as bin bags in the bins and toiletries.

Friendly and helpful staff specially Mr. John ,clean comfy rooms and delicious breakfast.

Breakfast was standard "Holiday Inn" good quality fare (vegetarian sausages on demand was a bonus), the whole feel of the hotel was nice. Good lighting in all areas,well designed. Staff very courteous, prompt and on their toes all the time - Peter and Sue were particularly brilliant!

Parking arrangement is somewhat complicated, but I am told that it is beyond their control. Lift very slow. Comment from my 8-year old: Also the sink was not easy to use for children.
