The location was ideal. The staff were excellent. The room was well kept with the bins emptied and essentials replenished daily. It was a cosy room with a great TV. The curtains were thick, so there was no sunlight waking me up in the early hours.

The only two issues I had were the weak shower. With just a small drizzle, it took a little longer to shower than necessary. And the radiator in the room kept making a dripping sound at random times. Which I made them aware of upon checking out, and they said they were going to sort it out.

The cleanliness the ambience and atmosphere of the property, I upgraded to the club room and I’m glad I did, I would recommend spending the extra £ Breakfast was ok, I would have liked to have seen actual rashers of bacon though instead of those long narrow pieces because they’re very fatty and not all that enjoyable especially if they aren’t crispy but there is plenty of options I had a few things that I needed help with and on both occasions my issue was dealt with quickly and professionally. I will be back 100%

I don’t like the self check in, it didn’t recognise my details so I ended up doing it with whoever was working on reception, I think if you’re going to have it, it needs to be easier to use

We have stayed at this hotel many times and the staff members are always lovely. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. It's great to have a Starbucks on site and the breakfast was good-ish.

We paid for a Club room, the only benefit of which was access to the swimming pool and gym. In the past, the more expensive Club rooms have included Starbucks coffee and biscotti. These seem to have disappeared. If you're paying £30 extra for an upgraded room, I would have expected more. For example, upgraded rooms at the Premier Inn hotels include a coffee machine and pods. The hotel does not have air conditioning, and the fan provided was inadequate. Column fans would have been a better choice. Finally, there were no blackout curtains in the room(only venetian blinds). There was a good choice of food at breakfast, but some of the foods were spoiling in the heat and was not being replaced (yoghurt and fruit, for example)

Our room was spacious and comfortable, and very quiet and peaceful. Although it had air-conditioning, it also had windows that opened a reasonable amount (a rarity these days). It overlooked a courtyard garden which was very well-kept and pleasant to look out upon. Once inside the hotel you would never know there was a busy road outside, or that you were just minutes away from the motorway. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The food was very good and the lounge area very welcoming.

Although our evening meal was excellent, we were meeting up with family and wanted to chat, but this was difficult due to the "sports lounge" set-up of the restaurant with large screens showing football and boxing matches. It would have been nice if there had been a quieter area for diners who didn't appreciate this.

Able to park directly outside. Booking and checking in/out swift and efficient. Room spacious, clean, comfortable, view over central courtyard with trees and shrubs. Breakfast good, especially the mushrooms, which had flavour, and enjoyed croissant and marmalade. Staff pleasant and helpful. Conveniently close to the M4, allowed me to break my journey home from attending a wedding.

Dinner menu in bar mostly variations on steak and chips and hamburger and chips, which are perfectly good things to serve but would have liked more variety of options, and quite pricey. In the end had steak and frites, which was good, but if visit again may well go to the nearby Pizza Hut for dinner. The courtyard with trees and shrubs that the hotel is built around a good idea but felt 'corporate' and obviously designed to be low maintenance, no flowers that I can remember and high ratio paved to planted areas. OK but not a proper garden, although I do not know how much it would add to the price to make more of it.

Always stay here as near family, however facilities and staff are fabulous. The leisure facilities are great and the area has so much including Restaurants and takeaways, supermarket, bowling alley and cinema. I have to say parking is always easy and hotel bar is good and shows all sports.

Literally the only small negative ls I could give is the lighting in the room could be better.

The room was smart, clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Loved the location, perfect for my children who made the most of the Escape Room and ten pin bowling.

I found the automated check in system a bit confusing and impersonal. However, there were staff members available to help. The cooked breakfast was slightly disappointing, some of the food wasn't hot and the sausages were a bit overdone.

It’s a perfect location for my stay in Swindon, as it’s close to office. The rooms are nicely renovated, I like the colorful design. The breakfast was very good.

The window couldn’t be fully closed, so it was a bit cold and noisy, but not critical. Some of the towels had a bit unpleasant smell. A bit low water pressure in shower on maximum setting.

Beds were comfy. Location was pretty with bowling, laser tag, ice skating, trampoline Park, asda, kids soft play, and plenty of places to eat. Staff were really friendly. Room was huge for four of us staying.

Like to note that we did find a hair attached to the mirror. Nothing major and not a complaint we felt necessary, and we also requested extra cups and coffee but did not receive them.

Family room was huge, bed was really comfy. All very clean and tidy. Made a difference to have air conditioning in the room. Very comfortable stay.

The only thing that I did not like was the decor, it was very dark and far too many stripes on the walls, then the floor in and out of the room which was not always pleasing on the eye.
