Room was large and beautifully decorated, immaculately clean comfy bed, sitting area with large comfy settee. Breakfast is served in a bright and spacious dining area and was freshly prepared with a good selection. Parking is easy with option to park behind property if theres space, or across the road on the Abbey carpark which isn’t a problem. Location is good with plenty of restaurants nearby(Indian, Chinese, Italian, English) Joan, the host does a fantastic job of running hotel, her hard work and commitment in ensuring all her guests have a pleasant stay as well as keeping the property in pristine condition whilst always keeping a smile, she is such a lovely and hardworking person . This property sets the bench mark how B&B”s should be, we will being staying again.

We liked everything, especially our host Joan who was very friendly, happy, and helpful. Breakfast was first class, cooked by Joan, rooms were beautifully appointed, beds very comfortable. Position is few steps from either the shops, the water, or pubs and restaurants. Across the road to the beautiful Tewkesbury Abbey. Don't miss eating at Salerno Italian restaurant two steps away from the accommodation. Private parking in the back yard of the property is accessed by a laneway. The weekend we were there (1 night only and we wished we had longer) was the Big Weekend and it was very crowded on the Saturday, the activity centred around the water. On the Sunday it was more relaxed. We really enjoyed both days. Thanks Joan for a wonderful stay.

Absolutely nothing.

Joan, our host, was incredibly attentive and accommodating. The breakfast was superb, and the room was both comfortable and spacious, featuring a four-poster bed. The location was perfect, with excellent restaurants nearby. The beautiful Abbey and local pubs were just fifty yards away, and there was a lovely canal walk right behind the property.

Parking wasn’t ideal. There’s a small area that fits up to five cars, but maneuvering in and out is tricky. On the bright side, there’s plenty of parking available for £4.00/day just eighty yards away

Beautiful rooms so well decorated comfy beds and facilities were very good. Owner was so friendly and welcoming a lovely lady who has done all the renovation herself, amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Very good breakfast and accomodating timing. The photo's do not do the bedrooms justice, they are even better when visiting. It's in a great position the Abbey was across the road. Near all sights, we went to a show at Roses Theatre one eve. All sites in walking distance. We had a great meal at Mezbaan a few doors away. Lovely to have some really Indian choices, not just the normal Asian choices.

Twin room beds very very small only 2'6" wide. Mattress super soft. Our room was at the top of the building spiral stairs very difficult for an older person to manage. Not suitable should have been mentioned in the information. However this was a super clean place to stay excellent breakfast. Advertised with car park however this was very difficult to find and very small. Had to park in pay and display across the road.

We booked Jessop House last minute as a stopover on a long drive. Host Joan was extremely welcoming and helpful in getting us settled. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. It was a little warm being on the top floor but there was a fan to help circulate the air. Our only complaint is the CV pillows were a bit big and hard, but obviously that’s personal preference. Breakfast was fast and delicious. Overall it was a very quick and easy stay.

Great location in town centre. The room was spotless, clean & comfortable. The owner paid great attention to the little details, for example we had wine glasses in our room, toiletries, jug of water, fan, we did not need anything.

It was hard to find the parking as no signs but walked through the pathway from front to back of property and flagged my husband down when he passed, a little sign would be good but other than that everything was perfect.

The perfect location for our family reunion. Lovely welcome, friendly staff, the room was absolutely beautiful and the bed was huuuuuuuge. Nice choice of sheets and blankets on the bed and good fluffy pillows. Lovely little extra touches and added bonus of parking round the back. Breakfast was excellent value for money as well. We wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Bathroom was a bit small but that's me absolutely nitpicking. It would also be nice to have a free plug socket on both sides of the bed as mine was taken up by the lamp and the kettle but again this is just me being really fussy.

Absolutely lovely stay here for my boyfriend's birthday. We couldn't have picked a nicer place. The host, Joan was so welcoming, warm and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We even had a choice of rooms when we got there and she had kindly provided a bottle of wine in the room upon request. The rooms are beautiful & spacious, decor is so unique and the view was excellent. Breakfast was delicious the next morning too. Would have loved a bath in the rooms, but this is SUCH a minor detail because even the shower was beautiful. Thanks! We'll definitely be back.

Good location, quiet room considering guest house located on a busy street. Very clean, nicely decorated, large comfortable bed, good breakfast, accommodating host.

Car park tricky to find but host kindly came out to guide us in. Property layout confusing, some signage would prevent guests walking through kitchen to get to the breakfast room! Property was on the cool side (I should have asked for the heating to be switched on!).
