room - although small, the room was comfortable and clean. The kettle is not able to be filled in the tiny sink, and there could have been a towel hook/ring by the sink, but otherwise it was absolutely perfect.

location - The overview for the rooms states that they are on the ground floor - they are, but you have to go up stairs, then down stairs to access them. There should be a way to go round the building instead, especially as my parents are in their eighties and stairs are more tricky for them these days. But the view over the gold course was lovely.

It's set on a golf course, ⛳️ everywhere you looked had amazing views, it was very peaceful, the food was very good, the staff very friendly, room and bed very comfortable, had extras like tea coffee hot chocolate and biscuits also bottled water. Shower was big , plenty of room and a lovely hot shower. Loved the place.

Nothing bad to say, it had everything I needed, I would recommend it, . I got a taxi from Hatfield station paid £21 , the following morning I booked one with the help of staff it cost me £12.50 so I got ripped off the night before so just watch out for that.

The price was great, location good. Can't fault it over all. Nice view over the golf course and great staff. Small room for the single I had but the bathroom was great and spacious, better than expected. I was staying there as a stopover on business. Perfect and lots of parking. There was a nice friendly buzz about the place.

It didn't bother me in the slightest but it is quite busy and noisy. The room was just below the bar area with music and people there till late. Plus in the room I had, no phone signal. Not the venue's fault but I rely on my phone connectivity however the WiFi worked well.

Beautiful clean room everything we needed for a lovely stay love that it was ground floor, bed was very large and comfortable lots of of socket in room which was great tea coffee biscuits hot chocolate, lovely big wet room very comfortable place to stay staff very friendly and helpful loved our stay, they said it maybe noisy but a little while bar was open which is understandable, but we found it was peaceful had a lovely quiet night too. Will definitely stay again.

Nothing all was perfect

It was super convenient for what I needed and great value for money. Whilst it didn’t really affect me, The View made it clear that there was an event on during the evening, with the option to cancel my booking… but the event stopped on time and it was just a bed for the night. There was also an issue with the heating but I informed the staff and believe that this was then out right!

I wouldn’t need to stay for longer than a night, but it was a good stop over venue

Beautiful location, really friendly staff, room was just what we needed as a place to stay when visiting for a local wedding. The bed was super comfortable and we both slept really well!

The only little thing was that the room was not exceptionally clean, litter on the carpet, cobwebs in the bathroom with a friendly spider, another cobweb by the bedside table. There was also hair in the shower.

The staff at the hotel are exceptionally welcoming, and the hotel rooms are very nice. Overall, I recommend the hotel, great value for money.

I recommend you should consider updating the bathroom. Specifically, the shower head requires replacement, and the sealing should be improved, as it was a bit of mould too.

The room was clean and comfortable and really easy to find. The facilities were great and bathroom had a walk in shower which was fab. Was a lovely place to stay and would absolutely stay again

WiFi needed to keep signing in every 30mins which made working remotely difficult Blinds in one of the rooms got stuck so couldn't put it down. Room was very hot so had to open the window in the middle of the night (I'm not a heat person but for other people it probally would have been fine)

Really friendly and welcoming staff, room was perfect size for 1 night and had everything I needed. Was great location for attending a wedding locally.

With the rooms being underneath the bar it could be slightly noisy with people walking, but this was a very minor thing and throughout the night it was very quiet.

Stayed at the view for 2 nights for a friend's wedding. The whole experience was great. The rooms were small but was not a problem. Very clean with lovely shower rooms. Tea and coffee facilities in the room with bottled water and biscuits each day. Iron, ironing board and hairdryer. They thought of everything. Also a good sized TV with Netflix too. All staff very helpful and friendly. The wedding was lovely and the wedding planner on the day was so organised. All in all a great experience all around, including that beautiful view. Would highly recommend.

Couldn't find anything negatives here. Well done the view
