Breakfast was good although not that hot. The serving room was small and led to congestion especially if you wanted bread or toast

Attention to detail in the room was poor. The shower waste outlet was not level with the floor and caused a sharp edge against your foot. The waste for the shower was unable to cope with the flow of water, which led to flooding. The room has a deep clean every 2 days, fine, but the room was not made up on a daily basis. Therefore, the bed was unmade, coffee/tea not replenished. We were able to collect more from reception, but for the price that we paid for the room, I would expect better. Breakfast was an extra cost, but to charge the guest for car parking - outrageous.

This is a modern, clean hotel with a lot of what is needed for a nights stay. Its location, near RHS Wisley and Mercedes-Benz World makes it ideally situated. Staff were helpful, friendly and polite. Breakfast was excellent. Our room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and large bathroom – which had a shower and bath in.

Several issues:- 1) It’s expensive and not really value for money. 2) £12 a day to park in the car park, just in front of the hotel. 3) WIFI in our room was hit and miss. 4) A charge to use the Spa was excessive - £35 each I think. We had arrived from another hotel where the Spa was free. 5) Our room was dark with limited views.

The hotel was clean, the staff were very helpful and the food in the restaurant was lovely ! Check in was speedy and the hotel setting is great. Looking over the racing track.

The spa is not worth paying an additional 30 pounds per person and I certainly wouldn't bother using it again. The sauna and steam room are single sex only, so I wasn't able to use the facility with my husband. There is one hot tub but that was often full so didn't get much use of it. I do think if you are paying for a treatment you certainly should not have to pay an additional cost to use the 'spa facilities' there was a bit of a wait for food in the restaurant.

The reception were welcoming and efficient. The room was clean and well sited and the soundproofing was outstanding. The bathroom was very good, Breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of food. Dinner was good, although the menu was somewhat limited and the food good but not outstanding. Service was good.

The double room only had one armchair and the airconditioning appeared to have a very limited range of adjustments. There was no guidance as to how to adjust it. There were no power sockets beside the bed (or we couldn't find them). We found it impossible to keep water in the bathroom hand basin.

Clean, modern, massive bedroom/suite, decent breakfast, great location for our requirements.

Stay was expensive for 3 nights so having to pay an additional £36 to park on top of that seemed a bit of a rip off. £28 for 2 cocktails at the bar is also expensive in my opinion, to then be charged a service charge on top of that when neither were amazing was disappointing. No smart tv

The staff were quite helpful when asked questions and prompt in their responses. Their beds are so comfortable and nice room decor.

I would have loved if the dinner menu had more options especially for the children's menu, it was limited to chips/potatoes. Also the dinner menu was quite pricey. Staff didn't seem to smile at you but still acted professional throughout. The lighting in the room was too dim, for winter period more light is needed for a happy ambience especially as it gets dark quicker. Also no free parking at the venue, it is paid and I didn't notice that from my search.

Hotel room was very nice and comfortable and clean and had a wonderful shower room

They must find away to sell it as hotel spa stay /there are a load of added extras which mounts up pretty quick £203 room with brekkie £12 parking £39 each for spa Which if you are on a romantic break you won’t see your partner for 30 mins to an hr because the steam rooms and saunas are in the separate changing rooms . Then add dinner drinks in the restaurant Say no more

The hotel made our stay for my husband's birthday very special, with nice little touches. The cost of hotel wasn't cheap, but the hotel / room / quality ... was worth it. The view, and we had a track view room, was stunning. Perfect location and great sunrise!

It was the extras that made the stay more pricey. Parking was not free (£10 a day). Vegetables with the meal were charged on top, etc.. We did eat in the restaurant once, but wouldn't if we stayed again. The portion of the meals were generally tiny. Decorative but not much in way of making you feel that you had been fed. We were told that our linen and towels wouldn't be changed during our stay, but our room wasn't even attended to with anything cleaned/tidied/removed. That was disappointing.

Very clean and spacious. Very polite and pleasant staff. Location was excellent for the Brooklands circuit which was the main reason for our visit. Bus outside to town and rail station. Panoramic view from our room.

Unable to use spa unless a treatment package was taken out. £50 per nights stay pre held on your payment card. When items charged to the room an extra fee put on top. Prices were a bit over the top too.

Overall facilities, food is excellent - spa treatments.

Parking is paid for unless booked direct - costing £12 a day which is quite extortionate and also access to the spa is essentially £30 per person which when the rooms are priced as what they are is also quite a kick in the teeth. Minor detail aswell but the lighting in the rooms is abit sparse with only two small spot lights in the ceiling.
