parking excellent. huge entrance and lobby. reception team very helpful and checking in easy and fast process. breakfast excellent and plenty of choice. Sunday lunch again excellent and plenty of choice and jazz trio played through lunch. spacious deluxe room on ground floor. very clean and always very well stocked with tea and coffee. fridge and safe in room.

The grounds are in need of some maintenance and upkeep. Dead plants in pots etc. The back of the building also in need of some upkeep and repair. very tatty in places. The front is being renovated however, so no doubt this will be work in progress.

setting beautiful, Bed really comfy, food delicious, friendly staff.

Grounds need some work, being in a beautiful setting and on a beautiful day you want to be able to enjoy the surrounding, this was possible but garden furniture really does need up dating!! and more of it, planting need some attention!! the hotel is going through some renovation inside, which did not effect our stay. I also think it courteous to mention if you are putting visitors on the 3rd floor that the last section does not have a lift, for my mother it meant she could not just pop to her room due to the location, it was more a case once she was on the ground floor she would stay until bed.

The Grounds ,hotel rooms were lovely. .whole building had bit of style and history to it .staff were pleasant and helpfull.felt our breakfast on the day let it down a bit.

Think for £ 18.95 breakfast in such establishment should be served to your table piping hot and of better quality ..buffet breakfast felt it let it down..sausages were anemic very pale .eggs were warm and congealed had to hunt around for certain items..to be honest had better breakfast at a greasy spoon ..very noisy dining room .came down 9ish on a Sunday I did not think to late maybe been bit better earlier not to sure.

The overall experience was excellent. We needed to change rooms on arrival and the staff were very helpful. We were at a wedding which appeared well organised and met everyone’s needs. The staff were polite and professional at all times. Beautiful setting - sadly we couldn’t enjoy the gardens due to the rain!

As I have mobility difficulties, I found the stairs onerous so I consider a lift would be essential in such a large hotel. There was minimal signage to direct residents and as the hotel is large, this is essential to reduce unnecessary walking. The walls had minimal artwork and increasing the number of images or artwork would make the hotel more warm and welcoming. The decor in the bathrooms is modern and minimalistic. It would be helpful to have more space for storage, toiletries etc and hanging towels ready for getting out of the showers. Handrails in showers can be useful even for able bodied residents and reduce the risk of slips and falls.

Booked a larger room which was good with sofa, table and chairs, fridge. Large comfy bed and best shower we have had with constant hotwater. All the staff were nice and helpful nothing too much trouble. Great Location which suited our needs.

Fabric on dining chairs in room were dirty and stained and required cleaning. Hotel itself was obviously well used for weddings. The grounds outside were very disappointing the gardens and lawns unkept with weeds. Weeds on the balcony to side of our room made for unappealing outlook.

Well located hotel with friendly staff set in wonderful grounds. Cocktails from the bar were superb and dinner in the Mulberry restaurant was reasonably priced and very good.

The check-in and check-out processes are unnecessarily slow. A large queue formed at time of check-in for no reason other than the time it was taking for what should be a fast, straightforward process. Given that first impressions are created at time of check-in, the hotel is letting itself down at this key stage because all other aspects of the hotel are very positive.

Beautiful historical property that is easy to get to with ample parking. Clean and mostly comfortable with lovely friendly helpful staff.

The pillows were like sleeping on a brick! However, I am aware this is subjective and they can’t have different pillows to suit every taste. We had a disturbed night due to a family next door with a crying baby and a great deal to f banging doors at midnight from the same room. However, I appreciate older properties are not soundproofed and how difficult it is for young families to keep babies from crying- it was just unfortunate.

Very friendly and exceptionally helpful Reception staff. I did not like the room we were initially allocated. It was absolutely no problem to be offered a much better room with a view

The breakfast was disappointing some of the items were warm rather than hot and some were not replaced when empty not good for a hotel of this standard. The price of £18.50 is way over the top, I thought the cost of £74 for the four of us was nowhere near good value for an offering of merely standard breakfast items.

The Oatlands Park Hotel never disappoints. The service, staff, food and facilities are 1st class. The staff are so attentive but not invasive. Always so friendly. The quality of the food is amazing, the breakfast is hot and plenty of choice. Oatlands Park Hotel is a beautiful building, both inside and out and the grounds are stunning. We stayed because we were visiting The Hampton Court Flower Show as it is only 15 to 20 minutes away.

There is nothing we didn't like.

Location was perfect for us and felt very safe and secure. Lots of ground outside for my 2 year old to explore. The free onsite parking was what drew us to this hotel but the overall facilities were also fantastic. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of options and the service was excellent. My 2 year old thoroughly enjoyed his first stay in a hotel. We are planning on returning for a longer stay.

Maybe a little more information in the room about local amenities or restaurants.
