We was needing a room close to the children's hospital cause our granddaughter was havein a procedure done at 5am so we needed a room for the night. We was looking for something cheap and kinda nice. When we booked y'all I was worried that it would be a terrible room or location (cause of the price) I was SO WRONG!! The room was great. Clean and comfy. It was close to the store and place's to eat. It was everything we was looking for. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a room close to the hospital that's nice and cheap!!!

It was a little hard getting in and out of the place (going to eat dinner) cause of the traffic but that is really kinda out of y'all's control

Nice room for a night or two.Clean and updated. We were in the back of the hotel, so if you are a single female I would not recommend otherwise I felt safe with my husband.

Great location. Room was clean (apart from floor needing a mop) and bed very comfortable.

That it was just off the highway.

That there was no parking for people pulling trailers. And no coffee pot or frig in the room.

The floor wasn't mopped very dirty. The guy that checked us in was rude after driving 16 hours to get there. We had to get different card keys each night because the card keys stopped working. Hotel staff came by each morning banging on the door for housekeeping which was extremely annoying and someone walked in on us. The soap was hard to lather and dried out our skin.

I especially appreciated how helpful the employee at the front desk was when we had an issue.

I didnt like that when we had a reservation for 2 nights and showed up 1 day late, the system wouldnt allow us to just check in for the second day. We had to create a whole new reservation. But the employee Angela, was most gracious and helpful through the process.

I requested the room not have room freshener because I have breathing problems and I also needed a ground floor room. I was emailed and called ahead of time to make I would be comfortable in the room. The room also was recently renovated. It had laminate flooring, a comfortable bed and a large refrigerator.

The towels are a bit thin but for a short stay I did not find this a problem. The parking spot we were in made it almost impossible to not track wood chips and dirt into the room. A mat at the door might be helpful or maybe this isn’t a problem on a dry day.

Clean and comfortable room. Quiet location not far from the center. On a busy road but there was no noise. Lots of good restaurants and stores nearby. Thankfully there was an elevator to the 2nd floor!

Our Aircon wouldn't come on and was sent to look at it pronto. unfortunately we had to pack up and change rooms but this was done quickly.

There wasn't a continental breakfast! We were disappointed ☹️ The room was clean but the air conditioner/furnace needed repair, the tub kept running, even when turned off, and the sink wouldn't drain like it should. The drain needed to be cleaned.

The heating was working well, comfy bed, clean sheets, the bath tub and shower were really good. Staff was good and helped us to solve all problems

Speaking of problems, in 2 of the 3 rooms our group stayed the key card simply didn't work, it was late into the night and cold. Luckily a room key worked and we used it to keep the women warm until we solved the problem with the other doors. It seems the key card worked, because it flashed green, but there was probably a problem in the inner mechanism that opened the door.
