We like this hotel chain because we enjoy having a kitchen with refrigerator & freezer where we can store food which we’ll use at our destination & where we can eat dinner I’ve prepared in advance. Also the custom omelettes were very well done. And what most impressed us was the excellence of the manager who dealt with our concerns about how the billing was done. She was unusually personable and very competent.

The closets are not particularly spacious.

We have stayed at this ES before. It was very nice, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. We like ES and this location suited us well. We would stay here again

The only complaint was that our room wasn’t cleaned everyday. We did request it and it was cleaned once but that was the only time. We knew that was the policy because it was like that last year.

Breakfast was good

2 lamps weren’t working , the bathroom door to the sink at the bottom was off the hinges , we had a big table look like it was just thrown in the room and one little trash can, but other that it was fine but for a room and I spent 300 for one night I expected a little better that what I received other than that it was fine.

I had the executive suite and I loved how the rooms were joined by a what is usually considered a privacy door.

My original room I was assigned was not clean. The covers in the bed were pulled back and some of the trash had not been pulled in the bathroom. We had to call the front desk, go get the room keyed reassigned and the go to the new room.

I loved it! From the room(clean!) itself to the bar and food in the lobby. Staff was very helpful and sociable which added to their rating.

I didn't like the room's view and placing! The view was the top of the lobby's roof. Sad. It was also beside the elevators so we heard them our entire stay. The pricing was a bit much only for a weekend.

The AM front desk employees. They would not reactivate my key. One said she reactivated it,( got upstairs, key did not work) went back downstairs. And asked the other front desk worker to reactivate it, she instead. Asked housekeeping to unlock the door. I had a lot of things to take back to the car, and I felt that i should not have to stop by the desk each time to get housekeeping to open my door.

Excellent location. Loved the layout of the suite. The checkin staff was was very accommodating even though it was very busy. She made us feel like we were the only customer in the hotel.

The mattress was not comfortable!!! The checkout staff was super rude! She challenged my request for a paper receipt causing me to be late to my daughter’s tournament.

Breakfast was awesome and the waiter was great. The omelet cook really knew what she was doing. Location was in the center of everywhere we wanted to go. Disappointed that we couldn't get any discounts aarp,military, Hilton Honors,nothing.

NO DISCOUNTS WAS HONORED

Staff met my needs with smiling faces. Room was clean and welcoming. I like that I was able to use my phone to check in and as a room key. Breakfast and reception was exceptional.

I enjoyed that my room was on the 9th floor, but it was not much of a view.

Update of rooms and Happy Hours

had sock on going in breakfast lady told me I couldn’t come in like that I was cool with that but went to put shoes on came back and notice 2 people in there with socks on..It upsetted me but I kept it cool.
