It was very nice and very convenient for our trip.

The valet parking was outside, so our truck was frosty and cold the next morning.

My room was not properly cleaned after our first night. The sink was dirty and we did not get all towels necessary.

View was of front entrance. Bed was comfy!

Parking charge. Elevator for parking, elevator for rooms. Merks was not prepared for a dining customer.

Tylan was OUTSTANDING! His professional yet friendly demeanor was what I needed after a long road trip! I'd come back just to experience him. He was helpful and patient! He is what customer service is! We need to get back to the basics of good manners and communication in customer service! Kudos for having him on your team! The entire Valet team was just as outstanding. They were quick to pull the car around and open the doors. They remembered me and my son from every trip and were genuinely happy to see us. This crew was easy to communicate with! They understand communication and service! Kudos to this team!

Housekeeping was a little behind. It was like pulling teeth to get towels and they were in the next room! A little frustrating!

It's was very loud

We were traveling for a baseball tournament. It was right in the middle of the games. Close to lots of restaurants and having the mall attached was so convenient when we were between games. Gave the kids places to walk to and the moms could shop. The room was very clean and comfortable. Overall great place.

The parking was VERY stressful. The parking garage is under ground and the turns getting in and out were very sharp and tight in our standard size truck. It also cost $22 a day just to park. We could have used the valet for $28 a day plus tips.

Outstanding facility. We stayed 1 night and enjoyed our stay very much.

Pay for parking, which was not shown during reservation process. Found out about that when I checked in. $22 more on top of room, taxes, and fees. (parking could have been even more $) Got to come in thru the basement for my $22. Ingress/egress from basement was a bit of a hassle too. Lift/drop gates were uncooperative in their operation. No explanation from desk previous to attempted entry or exit. Would I stay again? I'd have to think about it.

Customer service, location, cleanliness and elegance.

Mainly bed was very firm for our taste. Unfortunately wife and I had a very fitful sleep. There was also a barking dog that owners left in room while they went out to eat. The hotel staff had already called the owner when I went to inquire. They allowed us to change rooms anyway which was very gracious (and quiet the rest of our stay).

I brought my granddaughters and daughter to spend some quality time with them and do a little Christmas shopping. We had a great time. Everyone was so nice. The room was clean and well stocked. The floor we were on was quiet and the hallways and elevators were clean. Being able to have a complimentary breakfast was a plus. Thank you all my family and I had a great experience. I will definitely come back..
