Breakfast was great. Location is perfect. Place is probably the cleanest I’ve stayed at!

Check in staff wasn’t very friendly and the next day not very informative. I asked if there was free breakfast because it said there was online but all the signs said $15.99. The girl I asked said no. And another girl overheard and said no you guys are on the 5th floor so you get two free. Well I guess we already had the break fast tickets but didn’t know that’s what they were because they never told us at check in. Only other complaint was waiting on the music to stop next door at the camp so we could sleep. But that was a super cool place.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious gourmet breakfast, and Sequoia was incredibly friendly and kind upon check-in.

My 4-year old son disliked the lack of kid-friendly/age-appropriate channels on the cable television in our room. I propose that streaming services (i.e., Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, etc.) be accessible via your in-room televisions in order to keep the programming family-friendly.

very clean. comfy beds. didn’t need to use the shower but it was clean. air worked well. no odors. easy check in. within walking distance to the Orion even though when you look at maps once there it looks like almost a mile…cut through parking lots. bfast was your average hotel bfast. I booked a room that included breakfast but it didn’t appear anyone was taking money for it anyway ..fyi breakfast staff was extremely nice and brought us our own carafe of coffee.

Needed the room last minute and they provided. everything was great, as you would expect from a Holiday Inn.

When we arrived at the first room, the deadbolt appeared locked and there seemed like there were already people in the room. Went to the front desk and it was quickly resolved and we were assigned a new room.

Clean room, room was as advertised. Only difference was the sitting area picture showed a love seat, and we only had a cushion chair.

I payed for breakfast and I had my family (wife and son). I was only credited for 2 meals at breakfast. Even though I thought I payed for 3 meals. Maybe I didn't. I was not able to eat the third day, so those two meals were wasted. I should have tried to use those the first two days. At any rate, I don't think I should have had to pay for two meals.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was fine for a quick bite. I especially appreciated the noon check out time. It was good to not have to pack and rush in the morning.

There was a slight musty smell in the room when I first got there. It did go away.

The location was so awesome. It was right beside top golf and some neat other place to hangout! Once we checked in, we walked over to enjoy top golf and came back to enjoy a night at the hotel. The beds were so soft and comfy.

no parking, the venues around the area took up all the spaces at holiday inn and they didn’t enforce at all , the checkin person acted as if she just started today, beds were very clean and comfortable

The property was very clean and in a great location.

I didn’t like that the idea of paying for breakfast when the rooms are so expensive. Breakfast should be free.

This location was so convenient to Orion Amphitheater. We came for a concert and was able to walk to dinner and then the Amp. We walked back around 10:30PM and felt safe.
