Great location, very clean hotel and the staffs were so gracious to even accommodate my request of a corner room and a welcome birthday cake as we were there to celebrate my partner’s birthday! Amazing hospitality and great service. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience we had. Shoutout to Scott for a fantastic customer service and making sure everything’s in place as requested. Would definitely book again when we get the chance to be in Mobile. Highly recommended hotel!

Cleanliness, location and superb hospitality

I stayed two nights and when I came back to the hotel on the second night the person at the desk was a bit confused about my stay, thinking I was there for one night. Then I was told I had to move to a different room because there was an issue with hot water on my floor. So, I had to get my stuff and move to a different room. Everyone was nice and efficient during the move but it was not fun coming in to that surprise. It was a bit disruptive.

Didn't get a chance to eat breakfast, but did go to the bar. Great Experience I love the corner view room, i requested, didn't think I was going to get it, but i was excited about recieving the corner room. Thanks

The Valet Parking, I had a remote to the car had a dead battery in it, and i told the attendant at the time. I come back to get the car, they told me , they could not valet my car anymore , until i get a battery. I just thought they should have told me that up front.

Our waitstaff were superb. Tonisetta served us dinner with captivating smile, friendly and professional attitude. Semyiah served us breakfast and she was super nice, and was knowledgeable about the different recipes to try since me and my husband are from Ohio. The food was absolutely delicious. I recommend the chicken tenders and beignets. Also the entertainer (sorry I forget his name) singing and playing the guitar made it a romantic evening

Hospitality, everyone been so kind. I was very nervous in an unknown area.

3 different times I was called about my first night reservation under my maiden name and last name. Didn’t have my first name in system. First night was a booking.com reservation then next two nights was with a school group. I was under the impression and understood I wouldn’t have to check out on Monday at 11a then check back in at 4p. I already paid for both reservations but the communication lapsed big time. I should’ve never been asked by 5 different people in one day about any of my reservations. I’m in healthcare and that is unprofessional on all levels.

The location and view from our room was nice. All staff were helpful and friendly.

Only complaint was the pool not being open. I mean for the price that was paid for one night there should have been some kind of discount because of the pool not being open and it doesnt state it on website.

We loved everything! I think our favorite was the “calming effect” we received when walking into not only the hotel, but our room as well. My kids were ecstatic that we were staying there, but also bummed that we were only staying one night. We will definitely be back for a longer visit soon!

I honestly can’t think of one thing I didn’t like. Everything was perfect.

I Wish They Had Put Us At Bayside, My 16 yr Old Grandson Wanted to See The Bay!

No Room Service 1 min After 11 for Desert. Wish They Had Told Us When We Ordered Dinner. We Love This Hotel and We Tried to Share it With Our 16 yr Old Grandson. We Got To The Hotel Later Than Expected Due To Accident on Baton Rouge Bridge!

The environment was pleasurable. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff gave great customer service.

The breakfast buffett price was steep and the food wasn't worth the 24$ you charge. Parking was 17 a day felt like that could have been a better rate.

The hotel would be clean, the staff helpful. The hotel has a café where you can have a very good breakfast. Although the pool is smaller, it is enough for both children and adults. The location of the hotel is good, everything you need is nearby.
