The only reason why I am not giving them a 10 is that they are still cleaning up a burst pipe from last December so the carpet is missing in various areas of the hallways on each floor. Since this is now February I sorta feel like recarpeting should be completed, especially since it is in patches, not the entire floor. But the staff was very friendly and helpful, I didn't eat the breakfast because I didn't have time but it looked good! There is a fantastic little patio area complete with a gas fire pit and a BBQ Grill if you're doing a longer stay.

I believe the repairs could be completed by now.

Location was amazing. Staff was friendly. Although we didn't use it there was an option to buy things at the front desk. I personally didn't have breakfast but my friends did and they said it was your typical hotel breakfast.

They had a sprinkler line burst over Christmas and they were still repairing. It didn't affect anything other than cosmetics (not a true bad thing/thing I didn't like but it needed to be noted).

The front desk person, shawna was fantastic, she listened , was attentive, caring and very welcoming. The morning/breakfast person Margie was also helpful. The booking agent tried here best. Shawna was able to correct some errors, change to double beds and gave the Military discount. This being Memorial day weekend, was much appreciated. Thank you.

All was well. Clean, quiet, close access to food, good temperature, beds and bathrooms. Booking agents can be more helpful.

great location with plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. we walked to dinner and Walmart. rooms were very clean and spacious. had a large refrigerator and extra seating area. would definitely stay here again. free breakfast was better than what I’ve been paying for at restaurants.

Breakfast was good would like a little more variety they only had blueberry bagels with strawberry cream cheese I like plain bagels and cream cheese. I also eat bacon they have sausage and there was no hard boiled eggs. They also don’t have a swimming pool this is the first comfort suites I’ve been to that didn’t have a pool

Breakfast - while convenient - was just okay but we took advantage of it and appreciated the "perk." BUT the staff and the facility was excellent. Room was spotlessly clean and the beds were oh so comfy!

Cannot really think of anything. Oh yeah, one thing = a bottled diet Coke was $2.75! Really?

I love the size & space! The bed is big & nice with a good view with the large window beside bed! The couch & Table & chair is a plus.

The only thing I didn’t like about the Hotel is the tubb & shower , there was black stains & in the corners of tub & the it could have been clean better, it was dirt residue in bottom of tub.

The size of the room was great. The breakfast was very nice. The lobby and room were very clean.

The lighting in the bathroom could have been better. There were sconces on each side of the mirror rather than lighting above the vanity mirror.

The location was excellent for the plans we had made in advance to meet with friends. The staff was present when we arrived to check in and they were very friendly and offered their assistance if we had any questions or had any problems. The room was very spacious with a nice sitting area

I had waffle, egg, sausage link and apple juice. Bacon would have been better. My food was good. The area was very clean and the staff was nice and quick to restock.

They ran out of sausage but it was close to it ending
