Nice, clean and people were friendly. Good breakfast too.

My bathroom needed work. Wallpaper was peeling off the wall and door handle was not working. Bathrooms is lobby were closed because they were not working. Looked like the small repairs were not being made to keep the place in top condition. Other than that it was good and I would stay again in the future.

Staff was very welcoming when we arrived. The room was nice and comfortable bed.

The bathroom barely had one soap,one tiny shampoo, and no conditioner or lotion or soap for sink.We had to get more towels from staff. We were surprised at the lack of food at breakfast as we went at 7am and one stale bagel,no bread,small amount of eggs! Nobody came to refill for more guests as they came in.

There were resident cats at the main entrance. They were fed and encouraged by the staff. There was a donation jar on the main desk asking for help to support the cats, referring to them as doormen. They could enter the facility at will. I am allergic to cats and it flared up my allergies. I have stayed there on numerous occasions and never experienced anything like this before. It was a safety concern for my mother who is on a walking cane at present, we were concerned they would trip her. If the owners want to keep cats put them where the public doesn’t have to be exposed to them. I will not be housed with them having access to the facilities again.

As always, great location surrounded by every store you need. Great size rooms and very comfortable.

Only thing I didn't like was the stains on the sheets and pillowcases. To add on, it was very dusty in the room everywhere. It seemed as if someone was rushing to clean the room and it showed.

Great location, walking distance to everything you may possibly need. Great staff, hotel was very clean and welcoming. Definitely will stay again.

Some of the sheets had stains on them but I changed them myself. The toilet was very unstable, almost came off the floor. The doors are hard to open and close at times.

Great stay, everything was clean and smelled fresh. Beds felt great!

Looked at breakfast, nothing special about it. Eggs, buiscut and gravy but gravy was half gone at the very start of breakfast.

Rooms were very comfortable & clean . This hotel is the hotel I’ll use to book for my family when they come visit !

There wasn’t really anything my family didn’t like about their stay , they loved every bit of it.

Staff was friendly. Hotel was very clean. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely book this Hotel in future. I stayed there the night before I cruised out of Mobile and it was not far from the Port.

It was very clean staff was helpful and nice great variety of breakfast choices. I would definitely go back for a stay.

Everything was well worth a stay

Great location right off the interstate and easy to find. Plenty of parking.

The room was stuffy and smelled weird. I had the ac down as far as it would go but it never actually cooled off in the room. Hallway areas were extremely hot the entire weekend.
