I stay in Baton Rouge, LA and I spent my weekend there. The hotel gets a 10/10 from me. I enjoyed the breakfast, it most definitely exceeded my expectations. I just thought that the grits were going to be cooked as a side instead of us having to make it in a bowl with just hot water. That was the only thing I disliked. Everything was clean, my room was clean and comfortable which is the main thing that I look for when booking a hotel room. The location of the hotel was right off the interstate close to many restaurants and store. If I ever come back to Alabama, I will most definitely stay here again.

Location was easy on, easy off. The hotel was clean and the staff was courteous, friendly, & excellent overall. Breakfast area had abundant seating & choices were accommodating & well stocked. Staff in the breakfast area were very good in seeing breakfast area was kept stocked as well. I saw the pool had an added feature in it with a seating ledge that was lengthwise on both sides of the pool. Enjoyed my stay at this HIE. Would recommend this location.

There was not anything that I didn’t like.

My family and I completely enjoyed ourselves at this hotel. We loved the hot breakfast we only wished they would have had a waffle station, my boys LOVE waffles. but everything else was perfect. Great location! my boys loved the pool and hot tub. beds were very comfortable and everything was very nice and clean.

they only thing we missed was the waffle maker.

'Everything was great and it was not an issue that we were on separate floors. We checked in really late so it was fine. A separate observation: when we arrived the hotel was booked and the young man at the desk was assisting some travelers in finding a place to stay. THE STAFF EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. I LEFT A PERSONAL BELONGING IN THE EXERCISE ROOM AND AN EMPLOYEE TOOK IT TO THE FRONT DESK. SEVERAL OF THE WORKERS WERE PRESENT WHEN I ASKED ABOUT IT AND THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY, ASKING ME FOR A DESCRIPTION OF THE ITEM JUST AS THEY SHOULD. One had met me on the elevator and I mentioned that I had left something. She went to the front desk to make sure that I asked about it and retrieved it. Very caring! Our trip would have been ruined had it not been for the staff being honest and helpful. Impressive!

The breakfast was excellent. There were a variety of things to choose from, hot breakfast or cold breakfast. It was great each morning I went down to eat. I would definitely say that was the best continental breakfast I have ever had.

There was nothing that I did not like. Everything was to my liking. The staff was wonderful. Check-in and check-out were easy and accommodating.

Wow!! we were highly impressed with all of our stay. The staff went over the expectations. They were kind, helpful, professional, quick to answer if we had any questions. The food was wonderful. The sweet lady that did breakfast was all that we could ask for in preparing and serving breakfast. The lady that did the get together on Tuesday night was great also. The food was so good. Thank you. When we entered to check in that young lady was the sweetest and had a great attitude. We met the manager and she was friendly and let us feel like we were so welcome to her facility. Wish I could tell you their names but can’t. We will definitely go back and recommend it to everyone else. Thank you so much for being the TOP of the line for a place away from home. You get a high rating from me. a BIG 10 thank all of you so very much.

Great staff friendly and helpful.

Trash bags, boxes, and janitor equipment was the first thing I saw every morning when I looked out my window. Killed baby roach running across the counter in the butler's pantry. 20 minutes after entering room

clean atmosphere and a very friendly staff from Maintance , breakfast hostess and a very warm greeting as we came in. everyone had a smile.

soap was very small and hard to open, no pens or pad, no TV directory, dirty laundry bag that were some of the old things that I was use to having at a hotel but over all that would never keep me from coming back.

Very nice place, and very nice staff.

The room we originally booked didn't have ac working, the staff tried to fix it but was unable to figure out the problem so they was very accommodating and gave us another room but it ended up having to be a downgrade because they were too full on guests. I'm thankful they were very helpful though.

The breakfast was very good. A large variety of items to choose from. Area was cleaned and well stocked. Workers were very cordial. Hotel located near everything we needed.

I have nothing negative I could say.
