I think it was in a great spot had a great bell hop Ray desk seem occupied with something no eye contact smiling off at something or ssomeone just not as friendly as Ray room was nice and cool when we got in something about the toilet not having a lid why think it was licking or was and patch just rough also the window ledge cracked everywhere just not as clean as some of other stayed in

Good location for are needs

We didn't sign up for the breakfast but we could just walk downstairs and buy coffee and other cafe items. Close to lot of options for meals and activities

The hotel and bookings.com really messed up our reservation and didn't have the room reserved of us even though we have an email confirmation. Lots of calling and confusion. The staff was nice but booking.com basically told us to go figure it out on our own. Very disappointed with booking and would not use this service again.

Downtown location was good; within walking distance because we didn't have a car.

People in hallways were noisy (11:00 PM - 5:00 AM) talking loudly and sounded like rolling metal cart 3 of 4 nights. Drinks vending machine was basically empty for our 4-night stay.

Perfect location. Quick check-in. Fast elevators. Large room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good price compared to others in this area. Nicely updated room with great shower. Clean room (and I'm particular). Luggage storage also available after checkout.

Carpets are pretty tired.

Staff was amazing

Parking sucks. Had to park 2 block away and was $41. Hottub is closed which is why I booked this resort, staff was amazing.

Clean and spacious rooms. The staff were so kind. We thought the wait staff we had at dinner was very poor but it was just the female working out table everyone else was great. We would definitely stay with Hilton again when staying in Anchorage.

The female waiter we had was terrible at dinner.

Very convenient and it was perfect walking distance to a great Restaurant. The stuff was very friendly and very helpful . I will recommend Hilton to friends and other Family members anytime. I am looking forward in staying at the Hilton in the future. Thank you!

This was perfect: The same hotel that our tour was going out of. The staff was very accommodating in allowing us to stay in the same rooms.

This is an old hotel. The room we were in at the end of our trip the air conditioning did not work, despite the efforts of two maintenance people. They did offer a change of rooms, but we were too tired by that time.

Was positioned where we needed to go walk and enjoy the Fur Rondy celebration

Buffet had varied options and able to order omelet, etc -even allowed take out items such as fruit after completion of meal

Informed by one staff member of possibility of evening meal service and that was incorrect
