I never expected to walk in and know instantly that the owners have impeccable taste. The attention to detail .... the friendliness with still allowing for privacy. This B&B is without question the most amazingly decorated and the most beautifully appointed place we have encountered. This place could hold its own on Miracle Mile in Chicago! Not to mention the food offerings should be featured on the cover of Bon Appitit? The beauty in this B&B makes you believe that in this post pandemic time, beauty can still be found and enjoyed. A wonderful stay. Booked last minute on the day via booking.com at a very reasonable price. Good communication and no issues checking in. There is parking for each guest, and I believe 4 rooms in total. There was wine and cheese (both excellent) and then a cooked breakfast in the morning, which led to a very enjoyable time chatting with Kim and the other guests. Kim sorted out a gluten free option with very little notice. The room was spacious and very well decorated (as was the whole bnb). Games room and snooker also great fun. There was great attention to detail in every aspect. We wished we could have stayed another day! A must stay if you're in Flagstaff.

Absolutely everything! Hosts were fantastic and the B&B was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, excellent location with all the amenities you needed nearby! Rooms were very comfortable and Kim was so kind and helpful. The wine and cheese hour was a very nice touch! You could sit on the front patio or upstairs on the swing lounge…both with a nice breeze. If needed there was a washer and dryer…very convenient if needed. Pool/Ping Pong table downstairs which also had a fantastic Gym. Great game room with shuffleboard, video game, etc. breakfast was way beyond expectations….eggs Benedict cooked to order! Absolutely delicious! This is an amazing place to stay for one night or many! We will definitely stay here again. 10 stars all the way! You will not be disappointed!

The location, safe and quiet neighborhood. The decoration, aesthetically pleasing with different color- themed rooms. I had the blue room, where everything is sharing the deep blue color. The amenities, I was able to store food in the fridge and heat them up with the microwave on site. The game room is great for relaxing and socializing. The small gym has all the equipment I need for a good workout. The staff, Kim is so warm and attentive. Her breakfast is outstanding. She also accommodates to my dietary needs and pack breakfast for me when I need to leave early in the morning for activities.

303 BnB was all that I thought it would be and then some. It meant all my expectations, to the point, that we already booked another stay in the near future before we checked out. Kim pays attention to all the details, and I have to say, I have stayed at many BnB’s, but this place is truly a gem, and meant to be cherished. Perfect in every way possible. I cannot recommend this place enough. Anybody who doesn’t choose to stay here is losing out in a huge way. The breakfast, which was Eggs Benedict was perfection!!

Very well operated, clean and easy to navigate entry etc . Owners were away this date but all instructions were clear . Parking couldn’t be easier. The laundry machines ( free) were quite welcome as we’ve been on the road awhile . Very nice that they asked ahead if we liked wine and it was there in our room , plus cheese and crackers !

Not a problem for us , but you do need to carry your luggage upstairs. I only mention because we have a lot of gear due to the road-tripping and we didn’t want items in our car overnight . Elders with heavy bags ought to know.

The rooms and the house are beautifully decorated and the bathrooms were spacious and clean. The whole house is beautifully decorated with artwork and furniture that all together presents a warm boutique hotel vibe. The Laundry, kitchenette and coffee station in the game room were a life saver after a hiking trip and much appreciated. Kim, the owner was very nice and surprised us with warm cookies. She was very easy to communicate with. I'm sure breakfast is generally warm, but the owners were traveling so left us each a delicious plate of danish, fruit and yogurt to get us on our way to Phoenix. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend the place.

Nothing- it was all good. The facilities were all top notch.

This BnB has 4 bedrooms and 4 parking spots at the front (one for each room). I stayed in the silver room (they are color coded). It fit a king size bed, table, build in closet and a bathroom. The room also had a large TV, coffee maker and robes for the guests to use… and there were clear instructions for everything you might think of in the room. There was also a game room/kitchen on the same floor with the bedrooms. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and a home made breakfast was served by Kim, one of the BnB owners, at 8am.. avocado toast, fresh fruit, egg casserole and coffee… all delicious and very filling! they also provide wine daily in the early afternoon which I missed due to later arrival. Kim was absolutely lovely and made sure everyone had what they needed. I will definitely stay again here during my next trip to Flagstaff! I highly recommend you do too.

303 BNB was a pleasant surprise with an exceptional host, Kim. The home was furnished with eclectic decor, each bedroom with it's own color theme and a lot of common space including a well equiped fitness room. Kim had a wealth of local information as well as information on the parks and areas around Flagstaff. On her advice, we spent several hours at Walnut Creek Canyon which was terrific. Lunch at LaPosada and photo opportunities on the corner of Winslow, AZ. Many thanks for a lovely stay and we wish you much success with your bnb.

The inn is walking distance from town and on a quiet residential street. We stayed in the “purple room” with a king-sized bed and complimentary purple decor. No detail was overlooked including plush robes and oversized bath towels. We enjoyed meeting other guests in the game room while playing shuffleboard. The breakfast was amazing! Kim was very attentive to dietary restrictions and created a delicious omelet in a crepe with fresh fruit on the side. We would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends!
