rooms was very small. I rented 3- rooms and got charge per room making me pay taxes 3- times. not fair

The beds were comfortable and clean. The pool was nice. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

The room was small for having two queen size beds. There was no place for the second person’s luggage. There was no towel bar in the bathroom. The rain shower was difficult to rinse the underparts. Also the pool needs a handrail to get down the stairs into the pool. A separate hot tub would be awesome on the second level where the sitting area is. Also, I don’t think our microwave worked and we didn’t use the Keurig because they accumulate mold if not cleaned correctly!

Honestly, even though this is a no frills motel, the staff was very nice, the ease of check in and out was great! The room was very comfortable. The value for the money was also very nice. True the train is loud at all hours of the day/night, I wore ear plugs and it was fine. Make sure to see if you can get a room on the hill, you won’t hear the traffic of Route 66. The only thing I may change for the better is make the remote a bit more “modern” like with a guide so you can choose your channel or program easier rather than just pressing up and down. It seems the tv has that capability because it’s powered by fire stick/amazon, typically there is a corresponding remote for that. I wasn’t staying there to watch tv anyway, but it’s my only issue. Otherwise a cute little, clean motel, with very friendly staff. Totally worth it for the price. I would stay there again!

I liked the cleanliness of the rooms. I liked the big screen tvs. And also the friendly staff. It was very welcoming & comfortable as well. Bed was nice & loved that there was a microwave & refrigerator in the room. Also the shower was a good size.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. It was nicely decorated. We were there only one night. We had an early appointment at Flagstaff Bone & Joint the next morning and this hotel was just around the corner. Also, we liked being on the upper level of rooms because we were further away from traffic noise. AND, the lighting is great! The lights by the bed are very bright...you don't need to wear a head lamp to read in bed. :)

The room was small but quiet, clean and comfortable.

Stayed the night over for our family vacation to the Hrand Canyon. Ipersonally always carry my own pillow and sheets because I hate the smell of hotels but this one was different. It was super clean and had no smell at all. Our stay was comfortable and staff was super nice and friendly. The location is perfect it takes off 40 just a couple minutes and it’s surrounded by convenience stores and very close to town attractions. Our stay was overall great.

Pool could have been a little cleaner but it was busy Saw a few stains on linens, not terrible though. A few thing could have been upgraded and repaired. Bathroom sink doesn’t have enough counter space. We made it work and is commensurate with price point of a budget hotel. Was not disappointed.

Beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. We liked the upgrades they have done (have stayed in the past and were a little dated), and the excellent view south from the second level. You do hear the trains come through but it wasn't bad as they don't run all night (and you will have this at most Flag hotels). Plenty space to walk a dog around. Fridge and microwave were clean. Would stay again.

The king size bed room was a little small in terms of walking and bag space. We had a pack n play with us for our toddler and it just barely fit. The shower head is a rain style so it was a little different and not exactly centered, and the shower didn't have a grab bar for falls (no tub, FYI, but good if you have accessibility needs). Overall, a little expensive for the level of hotel but would stay here again (We paid $170 total for 1 king size room, 1 night, with a pet (nightly rate of $126, $27 pet fee, $18 taxes).
