It’s a very nice property, tucked away from a busy road with beautifully appointed facilities.

We arrived after dark during a heavy downpour. Because there was construction being done on the road in front, it was difficult to see the entrance or even know where the lobby was. We drove all around and still parked on the rear side. It would have helped if we had been texted a detailed notice of this situation on the day of our arrival, with specific directions as to where to enter and park for the lobby. Also,, as we were trying to find the door to our room;s building, the lighting overall was too low to see where we were walking without our phones’ flashlights.

The nicest non-chain hotel property I have ever experienced. Evident to me that profits are put back into the property to maintain a look of excellence regarding maintenance, comfort, facilities, etc. All staff extremely well trained and very friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed the back property and hiked the trails...and beautiful holiday decorations.

We liked everything. This was a stop from Page on our way to our departure at the Phoenix airport. We decided to spend a second night instead of a night near the airport. We enjoyed the comfort of a two night stay and accepted we had to leave very early to catch our flight.

The room was good sized with a couch, a chair and a desk with an office chair. The bathroom had a room with a mirror and sink and second room with a mirror and sink, shower and toilet. The refrigerator drawer and the microwave were built in to the cabinet with the Keurig coffee maker on top. The property ground were beautifully designed and manicured with pool, hot tub and hiking trails which connected to the Flagstaff trail system.

There was not enough K-cups provided for our two night stay. Yes, I could have asked for more. The restaurant food was more expensive that I would have liked but the food was good.

The hotel and the room are beautifully designed. Very luxurious feel to it. The staff on reception were very nice and helpful. We liked the complementary transfer to our car hire pick up point.

We had dinner with friends and one of their meals was not good. After a few mouthfuls he went to find someone to ask for help. It took a while before anyone arrived and there was no apology for the food or how long it took them to see them. They ended up sharing their partners meal rather than having to wait for a new meal to be prepared. On the other hand the rest of us had fantastic meals.

It’s right next to transit highway, so I was worried about the road noise, but we were in lodge 3, it was peaceful and quiet. The rooms are spacious, very well equipped and the decor is high quality and classy. Bathroom has two units, with an additional sink in a “powder room”, it was very convenient. Beds and bedding super comfy! We dined in the Silver Pines and the food was very good.

The fridge was a bit noisy, so take ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. The reception person that received us was a little military style and cold, but still informative and courteous. These are minor things though, overall it was a great experience.

Even just stepping inside the reception gave us a ambience of relaxation and old age feel. We said it was like from the movie Dirty Dancing and the quaint yet modern feel was just the type of place we love staying. The hotel from the rooms to the hallways to the restaurant and surroundings outside made us want to stay longer. The pool was perfect in every way and after a day of touring around it was lovely to sink into .Genuinely would recommend here and hope to return

There was nothing we didn't like about this hotel, it was fabulous and would stay again. It was so fantastic that my son didn't want to leave, just like us. The 2 days were not enough

I loved my experience at this hotel. I've been here before for Good Morning Flagstaff, with the Greater Flagstaff Chamber, but I have never stayed here, until this business trip. The young lady that checked me in, Sophie, was lovely and very helpful...and she was slammed when I walked in. There were three people in front of me and she handled everyone with care and ease. The next day, when I approached the front desk, Ann helped me out and was also wonderful. I loved the service and the feel of the hotel. Beautiful trees and landscape, very peaceful walking around at night. Thank you!!

Nothing, everything was lovely!

The hotel staff was professional for the most part. Only one front office staff was a bit curt. Most of the staff was very helpful. I did not eat at the Hotel. I did look at the meals that were offered and found most meals to range about $30.00 or so...The outdoors were very nice as there were lots of tall thick trees and small critters...The pool was huge but there was only a hot socking tube no jacuzzi.

On the over all there was not anything that I did not like. I think that my writing above "what did you like" pretty much covered my likes and dislikes. The fat is I would return to to this hotel. And even though I did think that every think was wonderful, I have not found another hotel in the area that was better.

The size of the room. The beds. The atmosphere and vibe of the room. Very fitting and visually satisfying. Close to Route 66 The restaurant at the hotel. We had breakfast and it was most delicious. Hotel manager took care of us as our meal took longer than it should have. Staff friendly

There are mainly fast food restaurants around the area. Would have liked more local restaurants to capture the essence. It’s not really handicapped friendly. Your rooms are in staggered leveled buildings If you missed your building to your room you have to go back out and around go up a level to circle down if your room is in the middle

The staff was amazing and the food was excellent. They even sent me the recipe for the wonderful muffins they served at breakfast one day. We had a room with a courtyard which enabled us to extend our living area and entertain our traveling companions outside. Fresh baked bread and cookies were available each day as well as a nice selection of snacks and beverages in our rooms and in the lobby. Our villa was spacious with a fireplace by the bed es well as an extremely large bathroom with spa tub and its own fireplace. It was beautiful.

The pool is tiny! If you’re expecting a resort sized pool this is not your place. At most the pool accommodates 4 people. This was unexpected as we had planned to spend time at the pool after hiking and exploring but we made it work. Also the spa was off site. This did not prevent us from enjoying the property but we may have chosen differently if we knew this in advance so just wanted to put it out there.
