Location is perfect for us since we have family near by. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. They offer sausage gravy and biscuits. Our last morning I woke up late. My husband did grab me yogurt and a muffin. On our way out I did find the breakfast room still open. I was able to grab a cup of coffee for my husband and the breakfast lady offered to fill my reusable cup with hot water so that I could make tea. She went above and beyond for service.

The bathroom was not 100% clean. There was trash under the vanity.

This is our go to hotel in Florence. Its the only hotel. Our room was nice, clean and comfortable. But they had internet trouble this trip. The breakfast has always been delicious and plentiful. Staff are courteous and friendly.

We had trouble accessing the TV. We have never had a problem before. Plus the internet wasn't working. Its like they changed their technology access since our last visit 4 months ago.

Convenient and clean. The breakfast good. Pool looked nice and clean. Gym was great with quite a few machines.

We had an extremely late arrival, like almost 10 hours late, due to our flight being delayed for literally hours and we seemed to have been charged extra. I really didn’t have the strength to argue about the cost at the moment, we were so weary from our trip.

We love the location, cleanliness, and staff. Everyone is very nice and helpful.

Our room had some lights out and not enough towels for 3 people (neither of these are that bad and they're easily fixed). The only true downer was that our daughter will only eat the pancakes and the machine was down both mornings so she didn't get them.

The location was very convenient and close to our friend who we were visiting. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Room was clean, comfortable and convenient with microwave, refrigerator and blow dryer. Parking was easy.

The spa and pool looked dirty, but were actually clean. The cement/plaster is worn/stained.

I arrived at 08:30 and assumed I would have go to my place of work and then return at the usual check-in time at around 15:00. However, I was very much surprised that a room was ready for me, and it was not the standard room that I had reserved, but an upgrade to a junior suite. As Mr. Harry Caray would say, 'Holy Cow!' That was very much unexpected and appreciated.

I really cannot think of anything I did not like.

The bed was super comfortable. The room was nice and big.

Breakfast was subpar. It looked like there was a pancake maker that wasn't working. There was no decaf coffee. The peanut butter was hard and difficult to use. The utensils were super cheap.

I was pleasantly surprised.. Staff was beyond friendly and welcoming. Room and facilty couldn't have been cleaner. Bed couldn't have been more perfect and to my liking. Wanted to take bed. Blanket and pillows all home with me..lol. was a great stay and honestly couldn't have been better. 10/10 for a normal Room (vs like resorts) thank you for the effort and I WILL DEF BE BACK!!!

The staff was nice. The place was clean. The location was perfectly between all the places I came to visit.

The bugs bit me two nights while sleeping. I woke up with a bite on my arm one night and on my head the next night.

Rooms clean and more than comfortable. Staff extremely friendly.

Breakfast staff undermanned. Poor gal couldn't keep up with the influx of people. 3 weddings in town and most stayed at this motel. breakfast was swamped and poor gal tried her best to keep up but just couldn't.
