The different options that were available daily. One issue on some days the coffee wasn't hot.

The housekeeping. On days that they were supposed to clean they came in and just make the bed. I was also disappointed that my sheets were never changed and I had 2 stays in the same room. from 4th Dec - 10th then I requested to stay in the same room for my other booking from 10th-15th, which I thought at some time during my stay the sheet would've been changed. They also didn't sweep the floor in the bathroom or in the kitchen area and they didn't not even clean the face basin or the dishes in the sink one time. I left the dishes because I ran out of dishwasher liquid so I thought as housekeeping was coming in that day they would've taken care of it but they didn't.

Place was so clean,bed comfortable, rooms well appointed with fridge, microwave, dishwasher , coffee maker etc. Good variety for free breakfast (waffles, eggs, turkey bacon,, kielbasa, yogurt, cereal, fruit, hashbrowns, toast, feta spinach pastry, oatmeal etc)

Location was easy access. When you came into the lobby, you were met with a fresh smelling aroma, just smelled great. Breakfast was excellent also - lots to choose from. Bathroom Towels were nice and thick.

The bed in our room could use a new mattress.

The front desk staff were nice. There were no luggage carts in the lobby so one of them went looking for one and quickly had one for our use. We needed extra towels and one minute later we had plenty. Everyone one who worked there were pleasant to talk to and seemed to really like their jobs.

Wonderful staff, comfortable room. I really liked the rolling desk in my room. I placed it in front of the couch and worked for several hours. The suite had a lot of good work surfaces for a business traveler.

The decor is all over the place and doesn’t quite work visually. My room had a faint smell of sewage.

The breakfast was very nice. It offered an excellent variety of food. Everything was fresh and all areas were kept very neat and clean. The attendant taking care of the service area was very pleasant.

Nothing negative comes to mind.

It was very clean, felt safe, had good amenities and breakfast, and staff was super friendly and helpful.

The bed and pillows weren’t comfortable to me at all.

Very nice, modern, and clean. Easy access, great facilities in rooms. Full kitchen and lots of room. Beds sleep great.

Everything was great. Nothing to dislike.

I like the room design, layout, accommodations. Breakfast was good quality with good variety. Coffee was good, good variety of creamers. Staff was attentive, pleasant, and responsive. There was a park within walking distance of the hotel that was perfect for a tourist like me to stroll to. I like that the hotel allows pets. I didn't bring one but I love the atmosphere of seeing people walking around with their animals.

They charged me a fee incorrectly (gave me a refund) and they didn't arrange my keys to work more than one night at a time so I had to go get the key reprogrammed the second day. Small things, but it is good to improve professionalism because small things lead to big things.

The breakfast was much better than most.

Their breakfast was great. Many new hot options to choose from that were very tasty. Lots of other options too.
