The staff were amazing! Rachel & Joy at the front desk were fantastic & friendly & helpful, especially in retrieving our lost cell phone in our uber!!! They made us feel very welcomed! The breakfast was delicious! I give it 5 stars and will definitely go back! It is very clean, well organized & love the fact someone is there 24 hrs! Not to mention the free coffee at all times!!

Nothing not to like

Property was just off the freeway but surprisingly quiet and we were able to rest through the night. Sheets were extremely soft, hot water in the shower, and I loved how colorful the place was! Very vibrant, upbeat and all around a wonderful experience.

Only disappointment was my room did not have a bathtub, when booking through booking.com I booked a room with a tub/shower combo and did not receive a room as such.

The lobby had a bunch of games and a pool table which helped keep my family entertained while we tried to stay out of the heat due to a broken AC unit in our home. Breakfast was convenient and helpful for my displaced family.

Fire alarm went off in our room for no reason and even the fire department couldn't figure out how to turn it off! We ended up switching rooms.

Everything was fantastic and always smelled so fresh!! Every employee was friendly and kind. Breakfast was fantastic and the coffee was great! Bright and cheery decor. I really liked how the toiletries were hanging on the wall by the sink and in the shower and well stocked.

Everything I experienced was quite superb.

I like the activity options inside the hotel. Liked the fact of no nasty carpet in the rooms. My mother reserved a wheelchair- handicap accessible room and actually got a wheelchair-handicap accessible room. She was very happy that it was accommodating to her needs. So was I.

I didn’t like that I had an adjoining room while I was by myself. Would have been nice if it were offered as or at least optional when booking both rooms at once.

Visiting family needing a close location. It was also located by a mall, very convent! Offers a lot for families if staying there. Game area was super cute! The breakfast was nice.

My one knock would be mattresses were hard and pillows were very flat.

We did not eat the breakfast. It was not looking good. We had it at our last stay and were not impressed.

The staff was great. The ability to purchase drinks and snacks from the front desk. The comfort od the main area.

The receptionist Racheal who checked us in was probably the most politest person I’ve seen there and we come here quite frequently

Our shower door didn’t close all the way and made it hard to shower

I was very happy with the way I was treated by the front desk staff. Especially Rachel. She assisted us in getting our room early and delivered clean towels when we arrived late in the evening.

Staff professionalism and unique lobby set up.

The attitude of your lobby persons. Even though We had to wait for the double queen size bed room ang got smaller size, we really enjoyed the cleanliness and friendliness of your customer service.

We didn't get the 2 queen size bedroom.
