Great location, just across from the lake and park. We enjoyed walking over to see fountain and to have dinner. Our little very much enjoyed the playground and music instruments. They also have a splash pad for kiddos at the park. He also loved chasing the ducks by the lake! At the hotel, the pool was nice and quiet, we had it to ourselves every time we used it.

Our room wasn't clean when we checked in. There were fingerprints and crumbs on the desk and night stand. I was surprised as the reviews for cleanliness were good. We talked to the front desk and since the cleaning crew had gone home he offered to come and wipe it down or change us to a room with 2 queen beds (our room had two kings). He came up and wiped it down for us, and the next morning the cleaning crew did a full cleaning for us for the rest of our stay. It was disappointing at first, but I appreciated them making it right.

The room was very nice. Clean, nice size and very comfortable beds. Staff was very nice and helpful when needed. Glad bathroom was all in one room within itself not divided like some hotels where sink and mirrors are separated from shower/toilet. For a continental breakfast it had nice choices.

Needed HOT water. The room only had warm water. We said something on the 2nd night but they said because the hotel was full there's not enough hot water for everyone. Yet the 3rd floor wasn't being used and it didn't matter what time you took a shower it was only warm. A customer should be able to adjust the water to their liking not the hotel set the water heater system to what the hotel wants. Staff was nice about it but that didn't make not having a hot shower when needed.

Very clean room.

We were given a handicap room (not requested). There was no place to put things in the shower and the water drained into the floor where you walked. There was no tissue in the room. I hate having to go to the front desk to ask for toilet paper. I think if you stay more than 2 nights they should automatically give room cleaning. The door thresholds had been removed to allow for wheel chair access and nothing was used to replace them. Looked junky.

Almost everything was great it was clean I go every 4th and I always find trash but not this year they had nice upgrades!!

When I would go downstairs someone was always smoking pot on the 2nd floor I could smell it in the hallways. AND THE POOL GATE NEVER CLOSED THE WHOLE TIME I WAS THERE!!!!!I have a child that can't swim and to me that's very dangerous all these updates and they still have the original fence!!

visited here in March 22 to play golf and returned again as we were delighted with the location, facilities & value for money.

since March the owners of the hotel have decided to close the top floor of the hotel and are remodelling the layout purpose (despite completing refurb quite recently). hotel is now up for sale as smaller 58 room operation. just hope the new owner don’t spoil the whole place as we are looking forward to returning there again for golf next year

The staff were very friendly and happy to sort any requests. The breakfast and the coffee were good and a decent choice. Great lounge areas and gym

There wasn't a lot of information about the hotel. No QR code so even though we hung the make up the room sign on the door everyday - our room wasn't serviced.

The room is large, the bed comfortable, and ample towels provided.

The output on the monitor/TV is NOT scaled properly. The images are stretched which makes the viewing experience subpar. So, I didn't bother using it. Also, the floor felt a bit dusty. And the safe would not work. The in-room A/C unit is loud. Also, the stairway is not clean.

We stayed with this facility before. It is lovely and right across from the Fountain and a great Italian restaurant, Arreviderci. that we enjoy

I guess we forgot how terrible the 'breakfast' was on our last visit. Breakfast - is a real joke! Dry packaged rolls and some fruit that looked like it should have been throw out a few days prior. We drove about an hour to get a decent breakfast while still traveling west ( Gila Bend) Sophia's Mexican ---wonderful!

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Love the location! it is right across the street from Fountain Park and is walking distance to a coffee shop and lots of restaurants.

There was just one problem with this hotel, a rather large one though, but hopefully it will be fixed soon. There was a system-wide issue with the room keys while we were there, and it took numerous tries every single time we tried to unlock our door. This got very frustrating since it was a problem all three days of our stay. Other than that, it was a great stay!

I wish it wasn’t so expensive. However when you don’t have any other options, you pay what you pay. During your stay, you also do not get housekeeping unless you request it. I would think that since it is expensive to stay there, you would get housekeeping every day.
