Got there at night light was on it was clean bedroom comfy you could tell if they were newer beds housekeeping was great overall it was just a really good experience for Holbrook we have family there in town so we stopped there quite a bit we've stayed at Days inn which isn't bad for Lexington and a few others this one was actually way better than expected.

The only thing I don't like but to a lot of people will be a plus this is at the far edge of town so it's right off the interstate which means it's kind of quiet and isolated which for some people especially traveling is good because it can actually see the hotel access it pretty easily with very little traffic interference. Parking is semi limited.

This was a nice little hotel. Located close to the petrified Forest national Park. It has a restaurant next door. The room was clean well maintained and a decent size. It had all the usual expected items. Soaps, shampoos, etc. It has a coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge, big screen TV, iron & hair dryer. They did provide a simple but decent continental breakfast with the room. The staff was friendly check in and out was efficient and quick.

Not much to say here. The coffee maker did not work. That was the only issue we had. But as they provide a continental breakfast we were able to get coffee there with no issues.

Located on the main street with all other hotels and most of the restaurants, the Green Tree is well located and has a large parking lot. The lobby is sparse, but the rooms are recently redone with solid surface floors, fresh paint, new bedding and lighting. Rooms are very quiet and easy to secure.

I deducted one star because of the breakfast. It was inadequate to actually be breakfast, so we ate elsewhere; which when factored in, a place with hot breakfast would have presented a better value. If all you need is coffee and Cheerios, its okay.

Nice renovated mid level hotel. Clean and comfortable. Beds were comfy and breakfast was a good bargain for the cost of hotel. Breads, some muffins, yogurt, boiled eggs, milk juice cereal and instant oatmeal, coffee was quute good also. All fresh and area was clean. Quiet location and plenty of parking. Room was well sealed and maintained a good temp. I was thoroughly impressed.

There's nothing really bad, just a weird fit for the sheet. LOL! For some reason the bottom sheet was too big? It bunched up under me even though it was still tucked in, honestly I was really tired so I didn't check if it was fitted but I did pull on it a bit and it seemed as if it was. If it was, it was weirdly too big, and if flat, that would explain it. 🤔

Good location (not far away from Petrified Forest NP), easy check in and check out, breakfast included, nice large room with a couch.

Not enough space to take breakfast (only 3 tables), pillows are too hard, and the floor was dirty (after shower and before going to bed our feet were all dirty… so the floor was clearly not cleaned), no swimming pool (we didn’t mind since we only stayed for one night, but I know that many Green Tree Inns have a swimming pool, so I was surprised that this one doesn’t).

Very clean! Breakfast was good and they filled the coffee pot when it got empty. Fairly quiet at night even though the parking lot had a lot of cars.

There were only two cut outs for wheel chairs - one for each building and our room was on the opposite side of building from it making it difficult to go to the cafe next door. And a car parked in the access lane at that 1 cutout for the building we were in. Adding another cutout at the end of the building would give better access to the main parking too.

Very new and clean furniture, comfy beds. The best roadside budget motel during my recent 9 day roadtrip. Despite being sandwiched between Interstate and main road through town, we had a quite night there. Would book again any time when in the area (which is amazing, by the way).

The only letdown was the complimentary breakfast, I personally would accept a higher rate for a better breakfast but there are alternative breakfast places in Holbrook.

Needed an overnight stay in a pet friendly motel after a long day on the road. Read reviews of the options here, and picked this one. Glad we did as the room looked newly renovated and in was super clean, linens good and bed comfortable, furniture and bathroom fixtures all in great shape. Lady who checked us in was lovely, and made sure we had a convenient ground floor room with our car right outside as we had a dog and also our car was fully packed from a month on the road.

No complaints at all.

The staff were polite and friendly, the water was hot, the A/C worked well, the locks work, the TV is big and has lots of channels, there's no carpet, there's adequate surfaces for stuff, the towels are good, and we park next to the door. They have breakfast, but we didn't try it. We've stayed there several times.

property was easy to find, comfortable beds and comfy pillows in the room. room had nice large TV, mini fridge and microwave. free breakfast. nice to have a doggy park across the road. a 20 minute drive to the petrified forest. family restaurant beside the hotel had very good food, $15 for a hamburger, little pricey but the food was delicious! would definitely recommend!

Quite a few dead bugs in the room.
