All that was advertised including the hot breakfast.

Found a patched hole in bathroom door done poorly, a cracked tile near tthe tub, tile at bathtub had gaps of "no mortar". Basically shotty construction work performed prior to our stay. I took pictures to show check in clerk to make sure that my wife, our cocker spaniel and I did not cause this damage.

Nice staff placed us all together and only hotel so far on our trip to ask if we perfered downstair rooms which my husband has prosthetic legs so that was nice for him to ask, lots of parking, and good breakfast

Quiet place for seeing the area. Standard motel room, free parking, fridge, microwave and TV. Great start for the Petrified forest National Park.

No restaurants in walking distance. Sockets close to the bed stop working when you switch off the light. Use the one by the TV

pretty clean room and decent value. Indoor pool and hot tub were a nice feature at this price and time of year. Breakfast was basic but adequate. The robotic pancake maker was an item of conversation for many miles for my son.

Several people double parked. it that is not the fault of staff.

Located right off I-40. Convenient to gas, a few restaurants, etc. Quiet. Great price.

More could be offered for breakfast. The pancake maker was unique. Breakfast started at 7:00 which may be too late for some with a long day of travel. That time seems to be somewhat standard in the western states.

Breakfast was ok. There was coffee but no hot water for tea or tea to make. They did have eggs and pork paddy. The pool was excellent

The rooms are in desperate need of renovation. Bathroom fixtures are subpar corroded. Bed need undated. And the toilet need to be taller . Thought I was still in kindergarten.

Incredibly helpful staff, very clean rooms equipped with all necessities and good breakfast. It’s not my first time staying at this hotel and won’t be my last one :)

Good location for seeing Petrified Forest. The room was a good size and was clean. Front staff were helpful.

Can't say there was actually anything. Basic motel that is good value.

Breakfast was good. Marvelous pancake machine kicked out good pancakes. Great and unusual breakfast sausage.

Sink is dated, hard to get hands under the spigot. Spigot leaked occasionally.

The room was better than my stay the night before at a different hotel. I was pleased to be able to relax & sleep through the night! That's a big deal after a 9 hour day of driving! Thank you. Wish the location was a little more improved with prosperous businesses around. I see the changes coming, but for now, it is quite desolate in this location.
