My room was on the 8th floor and I enjoyed a great sunset view as I settled in. It was a quiet spot, as I'd requested, and I had a great sleep. Free parking in the attached garage was a big plus. The made-to-order breakfast was a pleasant surprise, and quite good.

On arrival, I couldn't tell where to park to check in; however, a pleasant staff (security?) person helped me figure it out, brought me a luggage cart, and suggested where to find a good parking spot. I was nervous that I might miss breakfast, as the front desk didn't mention when it would be available. But when went to the bar area around 10:00 to inquire, they put me at ease and took my order right away. No disappointments here.

I didnt eat breakfast. I was orriginally stayingnat the double tree hilton. I was not happy at all with the service or the room there but the staff and desk were rude so i called the crowne and booked last minute was provided early check in and the service was teriffic. Friendly helpful and i enjoyed several short conversations with staff and guests i believe the staff set the mood for the afternoon guests snd it caried into the night.. i would like to thank the management and staff for an excelent save from the hiltons bad service attitudes and not a happy hotel to great stmosphere snd enjoyable place.

The key for elevator use. Has to be a better solution.

I love the staff at Crowne Plaza Phoenix. They were very accommodating and super friendly. The guys at the front desk were very helpful when I asked for directions on how to get around the city and where to find food. They made me feel safe and welcomed. The airport shuttle was readily available. I called the hotel while I was at the baggage claim and when we got out, the shuttle was already there waiting. The hotel's location is very close to the airport and you'll see the city tram station just across the hotel. It was convenient and easy to get to the mall from the station. Breakfast was served with a choice of Ala Carte or buffet. At night when it was too late to go out to eat, we stayed in the bar and we ordered food. The bartender (Stephanie) was very friendly and very caring. She was so attentive and made us feel relaxed while enjoying our meal and conversation with her. The room was very nice, roomy, and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. I love this hotel!

Nothing

This seems like such a small thing but it's so great - the elevator stays open until you select your floor. When traveling with more than one person and a lit of luggage, No worries of the door closing on you. Beds were super comfortable. I did not visit the bar, but it looked really nice and it's good that it is there. Hotel shuttle driver was very nice and helpful. All staff were great. Right on PHX Sky Tram.

Some vagrant type of people near the hotel, it is just the area and nothing the hotel has control over. Can be a little challenging, in the dark anyway, to see where to enter the first time you arrive.

Biggest perk of this hotel was the shuttle bus convenience and service to the airport. Also liked the proximity of the PHX Sky Train to the hotel. Utilized it after dropping the rental car off and had little to no trouble getting back to the hotel. We then enjoyed a delicious dinner at the Perch. Kuddos to the chef for the Swiss Mushroom burger (sans swiss cheese) and the fries...OMG!!!! To die for!!!! Overall, a super short trip but very much worth it!!!

Can't complain about anything!

The location was excellent! It was not only close to the airport (with shuttle service) but also close to places we were interested in like Scottsdale. The hotel bar and lobby were nice and the room was quiet and comfortable.

The breakfast had very few options, no juice or milk. It seemed that they were short on staff because there was no one to serve at breakfast and there was no housekeeping unless requested. When we asked about housekeeping, we were told that they make the room every 4 days. We noticed this problem of short on staff also at restaurants and pretty much everywhere in Phoenix.

property is perfectly located close to the airport. so it was ideal. Thank you for offering a shuttle service 24 hours a day. i dropped off my vehicle the night prior to make my airport travel easier and could do that easily because of your shuttle. all the staff super helpful including where to get picked back up after car drop off at airport. thorough directions. staff working breakfast were amazing !!! super friendly and accommodating as we really wanted a banana and they found one. Thank you. small thing but huge. would definitely stay again location great

we ate in the lounge. staff super friendly. food portions were larger than expected but the chairs were dirty. you need to either change up or get covers because It was very visible and disappointing.

It was very close to the airport. The bar and fitness center were nice!

There were a few things that we didn't like. The breakfast was 20$ a person for a very simple breakfast. Minus them getting us water, we served ourselves. They didn't tell us they were going to charge us and the front desk didn't inform us either. We also booked a day for Sunday and tried to book for the following Saturday, but they wouldn't let us since they had a two night minimum which didn't quite make sense to us.

It's right next to the airport. Thats why we chose this location.

Kind of a rougher area, but appreciated the security guard.

Check in time is 1600 but since.my room was already prepared they let me check in when I arrived at noon. The staff were very friendly and there's a very visible, very knowledgeable security presence there which made.me feel quite safe. Between the complimentary shuttle and the sky-tram from the airport it was.very easy to get to and from the airport and hotel.

It was painfully obvious I wasn't their typical clientele. I felt very out of place and under dressed there among the middle class families and business professional types wandering around but that's not the hotels fault. Also the TV in room 814 had weird vertical lines in the display.
