We stayed here for eight nights and loved it. The location, the cleanliness, the convenience and the staff. Rooms are a great size, bed is comfortable, and we loved the breakfast!! Hot coffee and tea offered in the lobby all day was also a nice bonus, as was the swimming pool. The staff was great, but there are a few that stood out: Alicia and Liz were both so friendly and professional. The STAR of the show goes to Barnabas!! This guy was super impressive from the day we arrived until our check-out. Holiday Inn Express Management....you're lucky to have him on your team. To see someone of this generation be professional, and take this much pride and care in his work, is impressive. We definitely recommend this hotel and would, without a doubt, return. Thank you!

Location was nice. If we're not only tired we will venture out and scope a restaurant nearby. Nearby to stores. we loved the bathroom, strong shower and decent room. It will suit you right for a weekend stay.

It would have been better if there are side tables with extra drawers on each side of the bed. But this is an Executive Suite, probably this is their idea of design for these kinds of suites. From the description, it says the room has its own washer and dryer, that's why we opted to book this room but turns out to be in the common area. They should've been specific that the washer and dryer are in the common area.

Super close to the airport and easy to reach out to from other locations in the city. Hotel seems either new or recently renovated. Room was super comfy and the bed was superb. Loved the bathroom! And staff was always friendly, including those handling the shuttle from and to the airport.

Not food options in the vicinity nor at the hotel itself, but they do have a mini market with limited options and of course, you can rely on Uber Eats. They actually even have a list of recommended restaurants and the guy at the front desk gave me some suggestions.

Very clean hotel, easy checkout on your TV in room. Best bed in its price category by far and all round a very pleasant stay. When I need an airport hotel in Phoenix again, I’d be happy to stay at this property.

There are two holiday inn hotels apparently at the airport which is a bit confusing. I called the hotel to get the exact address to not go to the wrong one and had to call back three times to get that information. I arrived quite late at night around 11:00pm and could have gotten there sooner if the staff who answered the phone could have been more efficient. Also there is a microwave station to reheat ready meals next to the reception which made the lobby smell in my opinion like fish pie but the check in clerk said it smelled of lasagna, either way not the most pleasant scent for a hotel lobby. After that the experience was entirely good.

The location of the Hotel is close to the airport and provided transportation. The rooms were clean and open. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were actually quiet from the outside noise. The breakfast bar was what you expect from Holiday Inn. Well above average with a decent selection. The staff was friendly and suggested several eating options in the area.

Being locked out on the patio at breakfast. Apparently the door bar was not unlocked and we had to walk around to the main entrance to re-enter the hotel.

I researched this stay long and hard, in fact, I chose it because I could split up my cross country flights overnight here instead of staying over at the beginning at PHL. It's cheaper! This HIE lives up to its high marks. Clean and comfy beds, towels, carpet. Breakfast was pretty stellar with the beloved pancake machine, plus eggs, yogurt, sausage, bagels, cereal, and oatmeal. The lady working the breakfast was so nice, she offered us last call before closing up, very sweet, Mickey! The room up on the 4th floor was nice and quiet. I didn't get to use the gym but it looked extremely cleaned very well equipped, loaded even! Also make sure you know which HIE is yours, there are at least two, plus a regular HI as well in immediate area. Call for airport shuttle pickup. Shuttle drivers are nice and efficient.

I am a half and half and water snob these years...so i had to go out for both late at night, as there was none at the inn. I would say give the Circle K a miss late at night unless your drama quotient needs replenishment. I probably could have bought two bottles of water downstairs and maybe acquired some half and half at the hotel across the way, but I got in too late to access it. Carnation creamer just doesn't get it for me, I wish it did...maybe could offer some as an option?

The room was comfortable and spacious as well as nice and quiet. The front desk will provide you with a list of restaurants in the area so you don't have to go too far if arriving late as we did. Beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning (especially the pancake maker) but we didn't have a chance to use the pool or gym which appeared well maintained and clean. We were easily able to print our boarding passes with the computers and printers provided for our trip the next day.

There were not alot of recommendations on visiting areas far from the hotel which I suspect is due to safety, Since the pool was outside and there was a storm in the area, it was closed for swimming.

The people at the front desk were all exceptionally nice. They were friendly and helpful when I had questions. I appreciated how warm and welcoming they were.

I didn't like that my room seemed to get skipped the first day I stayed and was skipped on room service. I asked a friendly housekeeper to assist me by exchanging my towels and throwing out my own trash. I opted out of room service the rest of my stay.

The hotel is well cared for, bright and clean. The staff is friendly and the vibe is feels happy and safe. This was our second stay in 10 days. We live in Wickenburg and my husbands flights were late at night so instead of driving home each time we stayed here. The breakfast is also wonderful! Close to airport.

The only complaint I have is the water pressure from the shower head. It seemed like the shower head was not working properly. Not a deal breaker by any means and would definitely stay again.

The staff at this location are extremely kind and friendly. May have been one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Only one thing I think needs some attention are the floors inside the rooms. The carpet had stains and looked like they need shampooed. Also tile didn’t look clean. Small children get down on the floor and it should be cleaner. Other than that. Loved this hotel!
