The breakfast was amazing. All the usual hotel continental items, and more. My wife was especially impressed with the "oatmeal bar," which had cooked oatmeal, not the packets, and a big rack of toppings. They also had hot items such as scrambled eggs, O'brien potatoes and sausages, which are sometimes missing at other hotels we've stayed in. We had a great view (if you just ignore a large industrial park next door) of the Camelback and other mountains. We were on the fifth floor, FYI. Granted, there were airliners going overhead, and past our window fairly frequently, but my wife loved watching the planes go by and kept trying to get a photo of one. That said, we could barely hear them, if at all, and they did not disturb us in any way. Lastly, the staff were all great, friendly and helpful, even being quite patient with my wife's pickiness. We would stay there again, and recommend it to others.

The bed was not super comfortable, but I didn't wake up with any unusual aches and pains, just the regular ones. Everything was clean with very little wear and tear, and could not be called luxurious, but not quite run-down either.

Staff person named "Cookie" was extremely professional and friendly, and also was helpful in setting up the airport shuttle. I stay here every January for the AZ RnR half marathon- it's convenient to downtown Tempe and the freeway and is comfortable and generally quiet.

At least have some breakfast items out earlier on a weekday.

Room rate was incredibly high. We were going to stay longer but the rate was increasing close to $200 per night. We were already paying almost $200. The hotel is nice but not $400 nice.

I loved the customer service at the front desk! Made the whole experience ten times better! It was so nice to be welcomed in with friendly faces as well as when we were checking out! All our questions were answered clearly and it was such a great experience! I don’t remember the names on their tags but there were two black ladies who were the absolute best!!!

The room was very spacious & comfortable.

The shower didn’t work, but I was very grateful to the front desk who immediately made an adjustment to our rate for the inconvenience. As a result, we will book there again for our next trip, knowing that you are committed to things being right in each room! Very grateful.

The front desk rep Catherine was so pleasant. She made our stay worth every penny.

Everything was good, but the bed was a little to soft for my liking. Not Springhill fault for we are use to firmer beds.

There was not one thing that I did not like, everything was exceptional.

Very clean and comfortable. The location is convenient for the airport, but there isn't much around it. We used the hotel shuttle for drop off and pick up at a restaurant for dinner, which was great.

Everything thing was very nice except for trying to get ahold of the hotel.

Had to wait 2 hours for a ride to the hotel on the return flight.
