Camron at the front desk was amazing. My flight to phoenix got in early at 9am. By the time I got to the hotel via shuttle it was 9:30am. I was staying the night because I was so exhausted after traveling back from Nashville. I asked him if there was any rooms available before the 4pm check in and he happily replied that there was a room ready. My experience was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. Thank you Hilton hotels for always being accommodating and having the most wonderful staff. Will definitely be staying with Hilton again!

The customer service I was helped by Melissa and wow she is a very very professional and caring representative. I will definitely return do to her excellent service and tone towards the customers. I appreciate that everytime a representative gives the customer 5 star service no matter the price of their accommodation. I felt like I was appreciated and valued. Very good.

Not much really to improve it always starts with how you treat the customer and I didn't have any problems at all.

Great staff from front desk, restaurant servers and omelet maker, housekeeping and maintenance was excellent really exceptional customer service. Beds clean room clean pool clean.

Nothing was to dislike

The proximity to PHX was key, we had an early flight. The free 24-hour airport shuttle was also great, enabled me to return my rental car a day early (and not have to get up even earlier the next day). Bonus points for the pool, which allowed us to have some family fun before the vacation ended.

The room was a bit stuffy, and maybe because it's an airport hotel there are people in the halls at random hours. Didn't like the pillows either. The cost seemed very high, but maybe that's because I didn't book very far in advance, and only stayed one night.

We got a great deal on this hotel. Phoenix was our first stop from our long drive from California to Texas. The pool was a plus in the 100+ degree weather. The rooms were clean and comfortable and didn’t smell musty when you enter the room ( as a lot of hotels do). We love the layout and liked that we could see the pool from our hotel room. The beds were comfortable and clean. There is a mini fridge and a coffee maker, which was a plus. There is also a balcony overlooking the pool.

Check-in was very poorly handled(Katrina). Claimed no reservation found by name. Claimed confirmation number was issued by third party and not referenced by Hilton. Claimed my name was not shown on my credit card. Later, her welcome text referred to me by the WRONG name. Distracted poorly trained employees.

The hotel was lovely - close the the airport as we were flying the next day. The lobby was spacious and had lots of space to visit. Computers were available for use in the lobby. There was a lovely outside pool with temperature set to 80' and also a hot tub. The breakfast dining experience was wonderful and the servers were super. We had the buffet and it was fresh and delicious. We also when to the pub the evening we got to the hotel. Service was good and a range of food available. We didn't have a look around but in general it looked like many other hotels options near by. There was a free shuttle to the hotel. We took a c ab as I wasn't sure how the access it. We did use it to return to the airport. Breakfast for buffet was 22$

The breakfast buffet was excellent! There was something for everyone and we are vegetarian and one Gluten free. The shuttle service to the airport was fast and reliable.

As always with Hilton, it's pricey, but everything was great.

from arrival at Sky Harbour through to our return there the staff were excellent and always available to ensure our stay was perfect. The airport shuttle and reception services were first rate. We have used Phoenix Sky Harbour many times over the past 20+ years our entry point to our US vacations and have used this particular Hilton several times because we are assured of a good stay.

The property was clean and quiet.

The first night, while swimming at the pool, the smell of weed was strong while outside. The second night, the whole floor I was on smelled like weed, I just didn’t know what room it was coming from. The floor was non-smoking. I did report it to the front desk and they said they would have security look into it. I did not have an issue the next night.
