The location was good for the conference but not much for my partner to do without paying $20 in an Uber. Pool area very small but good because of the heat. Gym excellent. Staff (apart from one lady on our arrival who didn't seem to know what she was doing) were all exceptional especially in the restaurant.

Airconditioning in the public areas was way too cold, quite uncomfortable in the restaurant. Often our room was serviced very late in the day, one day we had to ask for it to be done.

The location was great, especially since it was within walking distance of various eateries, a market, and Chase Field; the reason we visited. They have valet, which you are able to leave your vehicle at even after you check out. It was so very clean, well maintained, the staff were kind and helpful. All in all, such a great place to stay for the weekend.

The room is very confortable, big and clean. The hotel is well located next to the convention center.

We had a very late checkin (3:30 am) because the flight was terribly delayed and we had to wait more than 25min to get the room because the manager couldn’t been reached while it is supposed to be a 24 hours reception.

I ordered a room with breakfast. the breakfast is not a buffet, it’s a la cart. the breakfast itself was very good but for me the whole concept is weird and I pointed to myself to check it carefully before. Room cleaning was very slow and should improve.

Enormous rooms, with equally spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds. First rate staff, friendly, helpful, efficient. Excellent ground floor restaurant, with particularly good breakfast options, swiftly prepared and served with style.

The 25 dollars a room per night fee (plus tax) on top of the room cost is an annoying additional expense, but it can be offset against payments for food and drink, another good reason to use the excellent restaurant.

The staff is exceptional all around, helpful, polite, professional; from the lobby, valet, bar/restaurant, housekeeping. People who answer phones are great too. All staff is wonderful.

Was inconvenienced that there is no snack bar or vending. And if the restaurant is closed, it would be nice to have.

Location location location we were on the 17th floor corner suite The view was absolutely magnificent sunlight and at night time the room was clean very nice large room the whole experience was great!

If I had to pick something I didn't like it would be the size of the swimming pool but other than that everything was awesome!

One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever been to. The view was stunning and the room was gigantic!!! We stayed in the room with the bathroom that had a view of the city. I didn't want to ever get out of the bathtub. The whole room over looked the city. I opened the curtains at night and fell asleep to the city lights.

They only had one person in the valet and it took over 30min for us to get our car after checking out.

everybody was so nice and accommodating. The food was good. The drinks were good. The patio on the lower level as well as the rooftop. Pool were fantastic. I love that you had relatively cold water available while lounging by the pool.

Customer service was top tier from my arrival until my departure. The food in the restaurant was tasty and cooked to perfection. I got an unexpected room upgrade and food & drink credit! If you’re in phoenix you must stay here!
