Welcoming and upscale boutique hotel. So much to like. Central location across from stadium and near convention center. Staff extremely friendly. As soon as something was requested, within minutes it was delivered. Early Checkin was possible in my case. Room was comfortable and well appointed. Free coffee including cold brew in lobby. Yoga May provided in room.

Nothing. Just that I couldn’t stay longer to try the pool and other facilities.

Location down town

The in/out parking lot signage was horrible. The valet admitted it was quite confusing. Had to wait 8 minutes to exit as a person blocked it coming in. I believe the up arrow on the #3 elevator is not working and makes those waiting to think the elevator is not there yet. Found a dog park nearby. Elevator floor entry for room key wasn’t obvious or explained. A/C worked well.

The room was so comfortable and relaxing. The shower was divine. The restaurant/bar Blue Hound had excellent food, drinks, and staff. The resident artist available was incredible. The location was perfect! Overall, both my partner and I had an amazing time we are still talking about weeks later!

Loved our stay at the Kimpton as it was within walking distance to Chase Field and allowed us to catch a couple of MLB games. Lots of great restaurants and bars around City Scape and there were even chargers for our EV. Hotel staff was great with the parking and door crew going above and beyond to help with getting our EV parked. Thanks Sam!

Room was really comfortable & spacious. Views of downtown, but still could be dark & quiet enough to sleep. Location was excellent. And parking was pretty easy with the garage right next door.

It was a bummer the pool & bar was under construction. I wasn’t sure what other services Kimpton provided. I looked for spa services, but couldn’t find anything. It would be nice if they had a list of recommended activities, restaurants, bars and their own services.

Lovely staff, very helpful. Comfy and clean room. Very nice idea with the afternoon social hour.

The breakfast was actually not good, scrambled eggs from powder, not real eggs, overbaked dry bacon, very mediocre coffee. One day I found a piece of sugar bag stuck on the inside of milk jug, which was disgusting.

Hotel is very pretty. Great location to chase field!

The pool area is beautiful BUT it is a very small area and only got to use the pool once on a three day trip due to very crowded pool deck. They have very nice cabanas taking up extra space that weren’t being used. Wish they had made it open deck chair space.

Perfect location in the city! We stayed in town for a volleyball tournament and were within a few blocks walking distance to the facility. Our room was very spacious and clean. The pool is more of an adult vibe, but our family did swim in the afternoon. Tons of food options in the immediate area

exceptional staff and management - I requested a room away from elevators/foot traffic because I’d be arriving from Europe and checking in after my dad’s funeral. They upgraded me to a suite, had a sympathy card and flowers and extra items (for puffy eyes!) waiting for me. so thoughtful it made me cry happy tears after a day of sad ones.

Terrific location. Great staff. All housekeeping requests arrived promptly. Restaurant for dinner was great. Very close to sports arena, grocery store and the convention center. Would stay again.

Missed the coffee pot in the room and the coffee in the lobby at 6AM was never hot...barely lukewarm. The room could use a furniture update. The refrigerator froze everything, The doors on the credenza were not fitted well.
