I liked how the close Hyatt was to major sites and landmarks of Phoenix!

Customer service especially at the front desk in the evening hours could have been more attentive. I called asking for him about the blinds in my room and no one came up so I had to ask someone in person to take a look at it. The free breakfast was all right (Canadian bacon, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, French toast, sliced bread, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, bagels-but they run out, coffee, tea, pastries, etc). The server who was there attending to breakfast was very friendly and went above and beyond to meet everyone’s needs! The hotel bar made nice drinks too.

The hotel's breakfast was great, with bananas, oatmeal, and scrambled eggs that I really enjoyed. If possible, I hope they can start serving breakfast at 6:30. The room was very clean and comfortable with high-quality bath supplies. I hardly used my own shampoo. I hope they could provide hair dryers with larger wind volume. I hope ADMS restaurant could add some seafood or fish selections to their menu. It would be better if they had a "soup of the day." I hope The Market can offer some croissants or bagels and some fruit boxes for sale. By the way, I hope they could provide two bottles of mineral water in the room every day. I stayed for five days this time. This is a high-quality, very friendly hotel. I will definitely choose to stay here next time.

The breakfast was good and when items at the breakfast ran out they were quickly replaced. The front desk staff were especially helpful when I was locked out of my room one evening and Halsey on the front desk was always knowledgeable about the local amenities and a joy to chat to, they are a credit to the business and they alone would make me more likely to recommend Hyatt place to any of my friends visiting the phoenix area. The cleaning staff were also very helpful when I couldn't find a TV remote in my room and sourced me one within minutes!

My only comment on the amenities is to make the water dispenser on the individual floors easier to fill up water bottles (or have bowls/jugs in the room with lips for ease of pouring).

Breakfast was great! Good options, tasted good, clean. Only thing is the coffee was horrible. Thankfully they did have flavored creamer but it was still not the best. Lobby bar at night was great! Strong drinks, good prices, happy hour. Shower actually had full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash! Not those tiny bottles that wash half your hair. I also liked the fact that you had to have a key card in order to use the elevator, added a sense of security. I was surprisingly very pleased with our stay.

Room was smaller than I was expecting. Parking was expensive. There is no fan in the bathroom. You can hear EVERYTHING going on in the halls, people talking, doors slamming. It does not have good sound proofing, probably doesn't help there is no seal on the bottom of the door so sound and light just comes right in.

The room was small but a good size for an individual or couple. Clean with all necessary amenities. The refrigerator worked amazingly and actually kept our drinks cold. Breakfast buffet had a great variety of items. Hotel is in a great location in DT within walking distance for restaurants and Chase field (baseball) and Footprint arena (basketball & concerts).

Breakfast ends at 9am which means if you're not an early riser, you will miss this meal. Most hotels I've stayed at end breakfast at 10 or 10:30.

Proximity to our event ! The outstanding customer service from the hotel staff from the minute our family pulled into valet!

the staff was amazing however, when working with management it became clear that the success of the property was due to the front desk, valet, etc. staff not the management as responses were clipped and there was not a willingness to listen. I can’t say enough about the hotel staff and their exceptional customer service! However, the interaction with management was poor enough that I won’t be returning nor would I recommend others stay here!

The hotel is beautiful, very comfortable, walking distance from our venue. The bed and Pillows awesome, the room spacious and very pretty. Likes the décor. Like that it was not noisy. We got a very good nights rest. The surroundings are very pretty

On the breakfast, seemed like the portions of egg & bacon very small and we needed to wait. Only like 2-3 persons could get served before it was empty.

Central location, super close to various theaters. Very clean, quiet rooms. Surprisingly well stocked free breakfast and good in room coffee.

They will tell you (and confirm) that parking in the garage is $30, but the valets are only $40! The parking is a block away, so why not use the valets! Parking in the garage is actually $20. It’s not clear its associated with the hotel and if you ask for the actual name so you are sure where you’re going (its p and something? 54?) they get VERY upset for requesting verification. We tried to eat the house restaurant, Adams Table, but they closed it 45 minutes early so we couldn’t. This is the second time we’ve stayed two in weeks and this has happened, we were there Friday and Saturday— so they must be struggling, which is sad. So just be cautious if you’re counting on them for a late dinner, they likely won’t seat you (or maybe we smell? Looked funny? Like we wouldn’t tip?)

It was walking distance from just about everything. Convenient location.

The parking. You either pay for valet ($40 per day) or you need to park down the street across the way (free parking). It’s best you pull up to valet and unload your things if you can and check in before parking your car. Also, the breakfast. It was cold. A little bland. Yeah it’s free, but you’re better off hitting up a few restaurants downtown that are walking distance.

Awesome location, great facility and very friendly staff. Housekeeping were great and took care of our room every other day, which was perfect service without being too much.

Breakfast was limited and to quick to shutdown service to quests. Even before posted time ended, food items were not available for breakfast. Don't close breakfast early only so you won't have to put more food out before the stop time.
