The staff. Hotel culture, standards of conduct, cleanliness, size. And set up of rooms located in the newest front portion of the building hotel.
The older constructed position of the property rooms are not acceptable for my stays. The rooms were updated BUT do not yield “value or purpose “ for me to pay regular room rates. I will only stay in the newest constructed portion of the hotel property. This is due to the overall construction, layout, furnishings of the rooms.

The location was good. There is a grocery store around the corner and it’s sort of close to the light rail. The pool and rooftop deck were nice. The bed was comfortable.
Rooms are bare bones and worn out which I am fine with for the price we got the room for. Had to check out an iron and hair dryer. The events are loud but they end by 10PM and I am ok with that since I knew ahead of time. Didn’t try the food but the coffee and cocktails were expensive

The atmosphere was really quaint, it was upbeat with the little bar, the great swimming pool and large hot tub. We didn't even notice the cannabis, so if that off puts you don't worry about it. It. The staff was great. They called you back right away if you needed them. I really enjoyed our stay.
So, I really liked this place, however, there were little things. Like one of the outlets wasn't all the way in so you could see the wires, there was this really strange cord underneath the dresser below the TV that had multiple ends with things plugged into it and it didn't fit neatly underneath because one of the cords came around the leg of the dresser.

Always love the rooms. The staff is Amazing and is a great reason i will come back. Snacks could use more variation. Since some chips were out and only had Diet Coke and Dr.Pepper but D.P. was not chilled but still good. No Breakfast served anymore 😭. The pool had alot of fuzz, dirt, leaves, and misc.F.O.D.(foreign objects and/or debris) floating in pool. But, it was still so great to swim because it is much needed for my health issues with my legs. So, i rate it a 9.8 out of 10😁👍🎆
Just the pool needed some attention and bring back the breakfast and candy bars, please.🙏😁👍😊🫶

I absolutely loved the vibe and ambience of this hotel! It was indeed cannabis friendly and had a beautiful pool and large hot tub. I loved the fact that multiple people could have their own space in the hot tub and enjoy it somewhat exclusively without it being too crowded. The pool was fairly warm and I enjoyed the cute bird floatie they had for guests to use at the pool! They also offered entirely complimentary snacks and drinks at any time which was awesome! A big perk to returning for another stay in my opinion. I booked a suite and the room was clean and spacious. The bathroom had a full tub/shower and the beds were very comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and hope to be back the next time I visit Phoenix 5 stars all around!

The staff was quick and friendly upon checking in and out. Loved the pool and hot tub, and that it closed at midnight! Liked the set up of the room. Loved all the mirrors. Bedroom was spacious and full of light. Liked that it was COLD bin the room, it was 106 degrees when we arrived. There was entertainment going on when we were there.
Kind of dark in the front room. Couch/Futon in front room was broken Bathroom needs some updating.

It was cute and well decorated. The staff was very nice and helpful.
It’s not the property’s fault but booking’s. We could not stay there with my 20 year old niece. The listing says no children. She’s not a child but wasn’t until we arrived that we found out she couldn’t stay there because she’s not 21. That should be stated clearly in the listing. . The woman at the front desk handled it beautifully. I wish we could have stayed.

On day one we had a few drinks by the pool during happy hour and there was no issue. The following day we done the same however when we got the bill the bar man refunded to give happy hour as we drank the drinks at the pool instead of the lobby. Instead of a bill of $200 we had to pay $400. Be careful

The breakfast was a bit lacking but still good
The elevator was very slow, the bathroom sink didn't drain, the trash in our room was left a couple times, and the conditioner wasn't refilled or replaced.

We loved the pool and the staff was absolutely amazing!! Beds/pillows were comfy. Coffee was good and waters were always available. We will definitely be back!
Could use some updates, but they are currently making these updates and it didn’t really affect us.
