Beautifully decorated -- very cozy lobby with fireplace. The gal at Starbucks was the best -- friendly, efficient, awesome people skills -- she made me want to come back every morning!

Staff was cordial, but not friendly, not negative, not bad, just not welcoming or friendly. No one greeted me when I first entered the property or any time I left or came back to the property over 5 days. On the day of checkout, the front desk dis say Good Morning. It felt a little odd... Housekeeping was OK...every day they seemed to have forgotten something...coffee stirrers, replace glass, replace coffee cup, replace a handtowel. They did not have a keen attention to detail.

Location was nice. Close to things like spring training games and Old Town but not in the middle of the noise. It is a very relaxing property with a nice bar near the pool. Quiet and accessible.

The beds were very uncomfortable and small. They felt cheap. We tried to get at least a queen size bed but there were only full size beds in the rooms. The room is plenty big enough and I think they should upgrade those rooms to feature queen beds.

Hotel is very well located. The reception is very attentive, easy, and quick. They offer complimentary water, so you can get water as many times as you need at the reception. The rooms are very organized, the room service is very good, the pool is great, the overall structure of the hotel is excellent, and it has great value for money.

The location was perfect, enjoyed the voews from my room. Although I didn't get to go down to the pool , it was screaming relaxation!!

No toilet paper , I was in town from Texas. I've traveled to multiple states and stayed at mant diffrent hotels I didn't know having toilet paper was considered an add on or an amenitie ! Not too big of a deal , just found it odd!

First of all the beds were super comfortable I slept like a princess 🥰🥰 our booking included breakfast we went and had the buffet and EVERYTHING WAS SO FRESH AND DELICIOUS FULL OF FLAVOR. The villa we stayed at was BEAUTIFUL my mom absolutely loved it she couldn’t stop saying wow 🤭 safe to say We looooooved it

The ample free parking is great as well as a complimentary driver who will take you anywhere within a 3mile radius of hotel. This hotel is geared towards catering to business travellers & specifically hosting conferences. The facilities are beautiful & well kept

The gym is very basic & spa was not open. The location is not that great as it is in the middle of no where’s with nothing really around it.

Beautiful property, nice pool and bar area. This place had one of the best breakfast I have been in US, usually most of the places offering fake junk food and plastic cup’s. I would love to have great breakfast everywhere I go . I’m form Europe and I use to the good quality breakfast especially for 4+* hotels and resorts. I don’t care if it’s more expensive because it is important! the rooms and villas are spacious, but a little bit outdated.

The staff and room were wonderful. It was clean and comfortable. The food at our on-site convention was very good for a hotel buffet and exceptional at the adjacent Flemmings.

The facilities were lovely, but an indoor lounge would have been nice and the Saturday night entertainment cancelled

We paid for a $20 upgrade and got a nice, large room near the lobby and pool. Checked in early at 1:30 with no issues. The pool area was great for our needs, mostly adults relaxing and chatting. No one bothered us about our drinks or the small speaker we had with us and it wasn't too crowded. Plenty of umbrellas for shade. The pool bar was easily accessible and service was quick and friendly. Free bottled water in the lobby was a great perk! It was raining a bit the night that we stayed, so we used the hotel's free shuttle to take us out to dinner. The driver was friendly and we were so happy we didn't have to pay for an Uber just to go a mile up the street. He also gave us his card to call him for pick up later. Very convenient!

Drinks at the pool bar were pretty pricey.

2BR Villas are SUPER spacious and worth the very short distance from the “main” building. Room service was quick and delicious. very quick 3-4 mins drive to old Scottsdale.

the Hilton app gave us our digital key at 11am (well before the check in time of 4pm) but it would open our room. The front desk explained digital keys won’t work until at least noon. They shouldn’t be sent if they won’t work. **perhaps a Hilton issue, not a property issue.
