The food was good and the pool and front desk staff was incredible, diner staff and bar staff great too. I was very happy. I asked for a drink with strawberries and the bartender (name started with a k?) made a very crafty personalized drink which the gesture was incredible.

We got dinner, there was only one server in the whole dining room so we appreciated the hustle but it did have us there longer than anticipated. Also TV in our room randomly stopped working but it was before check out so it wasn’t too inconvenient. AC units weren’t great but it wasn’t bad, I heard they are being replaced

We were happily surprised to find the hotel beautiful, old, grand style and clean. The staff were dedicated, polite, and friendly. Spa massages were wonderful! Breakfast was very good, esp the granola, fruit and yogurt with agave! Beautiful setting and furniture. Definitely would go back if in the Scottsdale area.

Breakfast was delicious and the views were beautiful. The wait staff was excellent and the service was quick! We would love to visit again.

Nothing could have been any better. The pool, our room, the food and service were all excellent! Our family truly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Beautiful location for walk, bike rides and close to shops and restaurants.

The service at breakfast was a little slow. we felt the young members of staff was not trained well enough. However, the food was amazing and staff very friendly and welcoming.

Location was excellent! Right on a main road to get to other areas in Scottsdale, but just removed and quite enough to get away from the business of down town Scottsville. Staff was very kind as well!

A lot of things were short staffed so sometimes service at the restaurant, etc was not very fast/convenient depending on when you were there.

Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

Couldn't close bathroom door if toilet seat was down. Refrigerator was small and tough to access.

They responded promptly to any problems coming up with my room. Im so happy with my stay.

Maybe some vending machines as I got very thirsty at late night and want to buy some water.

Very beautiful and clean, personal was very attentive.

The first 2 nights the air conditioning was not working properly and temperatures were 116 degrees.

Loved the location and the grounds were beautiful. The food in the restaurant was really good and the staff was friendly and attentive to my needs and requests. Beds were comfortable.

The location of my room was close to the pool. Our first morning we were woken up at 6:00 am with the rolling of carts of towels and a gate that slammed near our window. I had to call and complain. They told me they would have then go another direction until 8:00. They apologized. I had to request this every evening that they not start before 8:00. Had I wanted to sleep in longer I’m not sure I would have been able too though. 179 not a room I would want again. There were only 2 towels in our room and for 2 women 4 would have been better. Plus no mini bar or water at all in rooms. You had to pay for bottled water. None offered. I should have checked for a different room but never got around to it.

The property was absolutely gorgeous!

I didn’t like all the extra fees.
